Advertised as "breakfast included" which is often the determining factor when making a booking. No breakfast is available and no price reduction was offered. We rely on the information on Booking.com to be accurate, so disappointed when accommodation is not as advertised.

This property is Under New Management management was very very accommodating for my family we were there for a short time for a funeral and they made sure we had everything we needed they are doing construction on the pool so the pool was closed but other than that everything was wonderful new carpet new beds new linens comforters so I was very very pleased

The lobby carpet and hallway carpet on the floors needed major cleaning. No breakfast but was on my reservations. Otherwise it was great for the price.

I like that it was clean in the room. The bed was comfortable.

First I chose this hotel for the swimming pool they wasn’t opened. I don’t recall seeing it listed as closed or I would’ve chose a different location. The bed had two flat sheets on bed guessing they no longer use fitted sheets. Management don’t know how to speak to you about a complaint.

If there was breakfast I didn’t get any because I chose to sleep in. Location was nice.

The main reason my husband and I chose this location for our night way was because of the free breakfast and indoor pool/hot tub. We were disappointed because the pool area was down for maintenance and in the morning there was no breakfast what so ever. Plus it's located right beside the jail and rescue squad so we heart intercoms and sirens alot.

The room was huge and super clean. Felt very private.

The facilities, specifically carpeting in the hallway was very dirty, along with the windows. There was a bad, stale odor in the room. Thankfully, the weather was nice and we could open the windows.

I booked this room because they advertised "breakfast included", but that was a lie. When I asked the guy at the desk he told me that I had a free coffee packet in my room. This was a complete fraud. Also the internet did not really work. It took me two hours to do 20 minutes of work because it kept shutting down.

They made our 3 small Foster Children (3' 4 and 7yrs old) children sleep on the floor with no pillows or blankets, we had ro make a palet with our blankets and pillows and we slept with the sheet and rolled up our clothing for our pillows. We asked numerous times for pillows and blankets for our children and they wouldn't do it. We booked a double.room and was downgraded to a single queen bed. HORRIBLE people and HORRIBLE place Do NOT stay here!!! Also once we paid because we had no other option as we booked through booking.com we were told NO breakfast. It clearly says on the website they have breakfast. Ughhhhh.... awful. I would have given ZERO stars but that was not an option. They don't deserve a 1 star but that is what I had to put.

Pool was out of service even though when I made reservation that said it had a pool. The hallways were very dirty and smelled bad. The beds were old and not comfortable, AC unit was very loud and room smelled like mildew. There was trash on the stairs as well people constantly "hanging out" on the stairs.

The staff was really friendly the only complaint I have is no pool or hot tub no breakfast but other then that it was quiet and a decent room for the price we paid..we will definitely be staying again soon..
