THE SMELL WAS AWFUL! The carpet was smelly and dirty. A microwave was not working. The bathroom curtain had stains after previous visitors probably.. The bathtub had rust stains. The bedding sheets had some stains... Breakfast was poor - no ham, milk, or pancakes, or oatmeal. The price could be lower because of all the things mentioned above.

What breakfast? Coffee or juice..... I believe they stay in business because of section 8. The rooms where outdated by at least 25 years.

Good points . Nice pool area. And as my husband says they did have 2 beds and a big T.V. Oh yea we got to watch the working girls hang out at the Denny's next door from our window.

carpeting needs to be ripped out , burn holes in carpet,vbath, fixture{acrylic tub} How long has no smoking in room been in effect? Burn holes in bedspread. we checked out a day early because of that and an episode outside of room at 10:30 in eve

location to coastal beaches is prime pool was clean, but cold , but then again it was January and we are from Minnesota Evidence of remodeling is apparent ie new doors, locking system and windows

room smelled stale. Old cigarette stains throughout the rooms. Sign in room stated “non smoking”. Bathroom shower curtain needed to be replaced - had 3 rips in the rungs,tub dirty. Towels very rough texture. Room poorly lit.Walls very dingy.

The smell in rooms are not good rugs and furniture is dirty bathroom is ok but fixtures are raggedy they don't provide breakfast even though they advertise breakfast included.

Bathroom definitely needs updating, bedding could be newer(holes), carpeting could use updating.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was very nice. Its a decent place for one night to lay your head. Not a vacation spot. It's nice that it has semi parking.

The room had not been cleaned well. There was coffee in the sink, what I hope was koolaid on the floor as it was bright red. The shower was dirty as was the floor in the bathroom. The door doesn't fit the framework and light from outside shone in around it all night long.

The room was not the same one that they showed pictures of. The pictures showed a walk in shower. The room l had did not have a walk in shower. Also the mattress were wore out.

First things first when you pull up to the hotel, the entrance is not defined. You have to go through the parking lot of a Chevron to get there and it's not very clear if that's where you should be going. There are no signs that say this is the way to the super 8. When you first pull up to the super 8 the first thing you notice is traffic cones or a roped off area where you can't park underneath the covering because it is literally falling apart. I didn't like that they had the lobby closed. I am assuming that they had the lobby closed because of covid however not everybody in the lobby i.e. the workers wore masks so I'm a bit confused about why the lobby would be closed. I don't remember if this was promised but there's no breakfast. While I'm talking about the lobby it took too long to get service at the outside window. I literally waited 30 minutes while the guy behind the counter worked with somebody else. No offense but that guy took his sweet time dealing with what I understand to be a big order. They also seem to not be that customer oriented. Next as I went to my room I noticed there is only one set of stairs for the entire length of the place and I also understand that that's because this is the old hotel. Also walking to my room I noticed that is old components to the hotel so there are things that are in a disarray some doors look like they've been kicked in before they are closed but they look like they can be peeked through and my door was like that too. If that area is prone to great big bugs it would be no problem for a big bug or either a rat to come in there because the space was nearly an inch wide at the bottom of the door. My room was also a non-smoking room however there were smokers all around me. I would think if you get a non-smoking room that they will put the smokers on the opposite side of the hotel but I digress.

I liked the location. It is right behind a Denny's and walking distance from McDonald's and Burger King so it makes getting food sort of easy. It was a perfect distance away from West Palm Beach county convention center which is why I was there. I liked the fact that I wasn't Disturbed by housekeeping or management. I liked the fact that they accommodated me when most of the places would not have. I had a situation where I needed to extend the days that I stayed there and I did it outside of the regular office and they treated it like it was no problem. I also liked that my room was relatively clean. It definitely looks better on the inside than it does on the outside.
