The room was on the ground floor in the corner so it didn't get any day light ever. Plus, the walls were too thin and I could hear the lady in the next room watching television and speaking all night long (never switched off the TV!!). Finally another room air conditioning fan was right outside my window, making loud noise during the night and could not be switched off.

The room was clean and had everything I need, also plenty of soaps and towels. The location was great and felt very safe to walk around the neighborhood.

A bit difficult to converse with the staff due to language barrier, but he was pleasant and helpful. Parking is super tight for a large car.

The rooms have been upgraded. Beds super comfy. Very clean room. The plumbing is a little tired in the shower and a bit tricky.

Only real issue I had was not finding the fridge right off - it was located in the bottom part of the closet/armoire (where most hotels put the safe). Not really an issue, but that wasn’t really where I expected it to be.

Room was clean and bed was very comfy. Location was great! I went to a festival at the Palace of Fine Arts. It was a nice easy stroll there and I felt very safe walking around the area.

If I had to find anything it’s just that the parking bays are a little narrow, but just fine for most standard cars.

Beds are small. Shower works ok, doesn't give a lot of water. Sound proofing is so bad, it feels like you're sleeping outdoors.

Hotel has great location. Hotel offers some complimentary parking places (not enough for number of rooms). Price is ok. The room is very clean and offers all you need and more. Room includes microwave and fridge. This is a great option for a short stay in San Francisco, offers good value for money.

Management was on top of everything during our stay. They were vigilant about who was on their property. They handled everything in a timely manner. They were good at communicating. The property was nicely maintained for a good price point.

The floors in the hotel room could’ve been cleaner. They also could’ve provided more toiletries.

I liked how close the beach was to this hotel. I also enjoyed how close it was to lots of great food and shops. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. There’s also free parking.

We booked for two rooms and the property owner said he only received one request from Booking.com. We needed to call Booking.com to fix the issue while the owner had trouble to get the pay from Booking.com. It took 30 minutes to check in. Since similar issue was reported by other people, I am not sure whether the Booking.com screwed this up or there was something wrong with the property’s system.

Good location with free parking. The parking spaces were limited with first-come-first-serve basis, but we arrived early and there were plenty of empty spaces.

The staff was very nice, fixed a tv remote problem, when we went to use the shower at 5:00 it was not connected & there was only cold water coming out of the tub faucet. Also electrical outlets next to bathroom sink did not work.

Bed was very comfortable , great location. Whoever cleaned the room did not mention to mgmt the problem with the hose/shower or everything there lack of hot water.

Very good location, close to the Presidio and PofFA. The bed is the best I've ever experienced...most comfortable with 3 oversized pillows. The bathroom was very nice and new, hot water was instant. Thank you.

They accused my husband of urinating on the top floor outside while he was playing with our son. They were extremely rude and said they had video footage but refused to show my husband. They kept saying they were charging us an additional $100 for a cleaning service. My husband is a 40 year old man who is very professional and respectful and in now way in any universe would he urinate in public and he sure wouldn’t do it in front of our 10year old son. This place needs to work on its customer service and if they are going to accuse a customer of doing something as disgusting as that then they should at least show them the video footage. Completely ridiculous.
