We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe hotel staff was not around at check-in or check-out. Waited about five minutes at the desk for check-in. Another customer said she had called to try to get someone to the desk but there was no answer. Bags of garbage were left in the parking lot near an entryway at night and we're not gone by the morning.
The location is great. I have been there a few times before.

United States of AmericaAlthough spacious, room was oddly laid out with a very narrow passage (between the foot of the bed and the wall) to get to the bathroom. The bed was sloppily made (no attempt had been made to even straighten the sheets). Pillow was quite lumpy and uncomfortable to use (so I didn't). There were very noticeable marks (dirt?) on the bathroom door which I was able to wipe off with a moistened towel (so why hadn't housekeeping done that?). I was disappointed that the pool had already been closed and drained for the season. I used to live in San Jose and know that the weather stays warm (if not actually hot) all the way through October.
Room was spacious. I requested, and got, a room on the ground floor. The refrigerator and air-conditioning worked just fine.

I did enjoy the breakfast and the nice customer service. The room was larger then expected which I was very happy about. My room was also located on the lower level also a PLUS for me. My did enjoy the the comfort bed in the room even through the quit had burn marks on it.

I liked the free parking and close proximity to the airport.
