The fact no one told us the pool was in another location in another hotel. And for 200.00 I could of gone somewhere where I didn't have to go outside into another hotel and ask them to let me in and show them the key I'm in hotel 8 , and also I never slept on such a hard bed in my life. And the soda machine didn't work on the 3rd floor had to go all the way down to the 1st floor

The staff was on top of kicking out someone smoking fental in their by the back door on the 1st floor. But they should of stopped guest walking past that room inhaling the fumes. It was pretty nasty.

Pool/hot tub were actually located in the hotel next door. Had to go outside in the rain to access. Only breakfast items were oatmeal packets and toaster waffle packages (literally only 3 packages in the refrigerator).

Staff were very helpful as I was traveling with pets .... although I couldn't find anything that said cats weren't allowed, so that created a problem. The rooms were acceptable as were the facilities. Breakfast didn't offer much variety and really should be noted as a continental breakfast. Its a decent hoteloverall.

It is noisy. You can hear people talking, walking, doors shutting. It all seemed to quiet down after 10:30pm.

The room was nowhere near sound proof. I could clearly hear people in other rooms walking up and down the halls. Not the most comfortable bed ever.

I was just looking for a bed to sleep on during a long road trip, and it was definitely convenient for that and a good price for it.

Breakfast was not much at all compared to the pictures and that was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. Wasn’t even enough for us to eat there, luckily it’s right next to a Dennys. But that cost us an extra $60 dollars a day for breakfast.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Bunk bed creaked every time even my 34lb, 4 year old was on it. Kind of inconvenient to have to go next door to use the pool & hot tub. Other than front desk staff didn’t say a word to us, not even a hello. The room had an odour we noticed as soon as we walked in. Paint in room & bathroom were peeling. The ceramic in the tub was cracking off along with the caulking seam around the tub. For 101 US so 150& CAD for us was high for the condition of the room.

For a Super 8 the breakfast was the pits. No milk for the cereal and dry packaged items for breakfast. The pillows on the beds were like thin pancakes

Halls smelled like : 1 . Dirty socks 2. Fish ?! 🤢 Prooerty run down and dirty Our room reeked of Clorox when we checked in , there was no other room available. We had to open the windows and air out the room. The surface of the bathtub was peeling off and was ‘floating’ in the drain, shower curtain tearing off hooks. 😳😳😳 Reviewing this before breakfast so can’t comment on that .

There was a fairly strong funk in both rooms I had. I got accustomed to it quickly so it did not bother me much but, the complaints of others about a smell are not unwarranted. Parking can be kind of ugly when the place is busy.

The bed was nice. The room was clean of dust and debris. The staff was quite helpful with an issue at check in and when the smoke detector in my original room malfunctioned.

The rooms appeared to be clean but unfortunately the carpet in the hallways and the elevator were filthy.

We went for breakfast the first day but ate nothing as everything was sweet. Didn’t try breakfast again
