Didn’t feel secure in the room over night.

The room were average. The security latch on the door would not work. Could have been cleaner, the sweeping could have pick up more of the items left on the floor.

Noisy. We had an adjoining room and we could hear everything next door. We were on the ground floor and the people above were constantly walking around (don’t understand what they were doing for 4 hours!)

The building is older and it shows in places. Wi-Fi worked well, but was unsecured (be sure to have a VPN you can use). No caffeine-free teas.

This stay was better than we expected. The location is great since it's in the center of old St. George, in the main boulevard, near the temple, and near restaurants and supermarkets. The room was clean and most everything worked (two light bulbs were out). Breakfast was better than expected. There was yogurt, instant oatmeal, bread for toast, a could cereals, milk, hot chocolate, coffee, teas, store-bought muffins, bananas, and waffles. Check-in and check-it were easy. We parked right in front of our room. We had two rooms, and they were connected, which was very helpful. Price was right for us.

There were some areas that needed to be cleaned a little better.

The beds were really comfortable, the room was pretty clean. The was some confusion about how the shower and hot water worked, the front desk was helpful in solving the problem

Noise could be heard from the next door room at times.

The room had areas of wear and tear. The shower controls were reversed, hot was actually cold. The extra security was broken.

The breakfast was pitiful--no protein. The bathroom needed an upgrade. The rest of the room was good.

Make sure rooms are completely cleaned out from each stay. The fridge in one of the rooms still had food in it from when someone was there before us. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom of one of the rooms. Light fixture above the mirror by the bathroom in one of the mirrors looked like it needed to be re-attached to the wall. Couldn't get the t.v. to work in one of the rooms. Despite all of that, we absolutely loved staying here and would definitely do it again in the future.

The location is perfect when traveling to St George, Utah , Mesquite, Nevada if you don't want to pay Mesquite prices, or even as a rest stop if taking trip down to the area. The breakfast was great. The rooms were comfortable. Check-in and check-out went really well and both are an easy process. Great play place to stay for one night or multiple nights. Plenty of parking. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Family friendly facility. Ground level rooms are perfect for those who can't do stairs, don't like elevators, or need rooms on ground level for different reasons. We would definitely stay here again.

More bars in handicap accessible bathrooms by toilet and in shower. The only draw back would be you can hear neighbors.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was available until 10. Swimming pool was nice. Bathrooms in handicap accessible were nice sized.
