it could have been cheaper. The room was to fancy for my needs that day. I would have been happy with a nice bed and a toothbrush and saved more money if possible.

i layout of the hotel is good access to your room and convenient. Inside the room was quiet. Outside noise was minimal most of my stay.

Didn't like how small the room felt. Lighting could have been brighter in the room, and the room heater, while adjustable, would get either too hot or to cold.

The staff were great, very friendly. Our room felt small, but it was clean. Good location, area shopping, and food were close.

I didn't expect anything special but the first room that I was in was upstairs and it had a very unpleasant smell something that was equivalent to a smokers/hoarders house. When we got moved downstairs it was so much better but the toilet broke down on us two times, we had to call for somebody to grab a plunger just to get it to flush. Also don't get too excited for the breakfast it's very basic just some cereal some yogurt and boiled eggs. But it was good to have if you just need something basic anyway, it was enough for the cost just try not to get a room upstairs -- stick to the downstairs rooms they were much better.

Very friendly staff, willing to work with us whenever we needed anything like changing our room and fixing the toilet. When we got there we were so tired and were too early for check in, so we asked to get a room sooner. It was definitely worth the extra 30 bucks to do that.

The hallways and stairways were filthy. Bathroom had broken tile, leaky shower, and nasty caulking around sink. People roaming the halls at all hours of the night. There was a creepy guy walking out floor who kept asking me for my phone number. Would not return.

The overall maintenance of the building was bad. There was garbage all over the parking lot, the windows were disgustingly dirty, it looked like someone had tried to break into the rooms by pulling the screens down. When we walked in, someone ( I believe it was the manager ) was on the phone arguing with a customer, then he spoke to a man behind the desk, came back and told the customer that she wasy lying, and slammed the phone down. The room needed cleaning!!!!!!!!! Lets just say that the room needs maintenance!!!!

the location was alright, fairly easy to get to. The air conditioner was turned on in the room when we got there, very much appreciated!

Our bathroom was absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. To the point that everything in our room felt dirty. First, the sink and floor area stink like someone urinated anyplace besides the toilet. The floor tiles in front of the toilet were sunken in and broken as though the subfloor itself is soft and ruined. The faucet on the tub looks like a child did repairs. The switch plate is broken. The paint on the walls is sloppy and unfinished. So unprofessional. So damaging to future business. I will never return because of that bathroom. None of us showered there, and we put a towel on the floor to avoid touching anything unnecessarily. Even more, we never took our shoes off except to sleep. Gross. Also, outside our room, the hallway smelled like smoke, including vape or marijuana. It is definitely an older hotel, but the second floor seems like it might be reserved for less than desirable guests. We initially were offered a first room floor, but decided against it since it was closer to the noisy road and next to the side door to the parking lot which was never latched shut let alone locked. I truly wish we had asked for another room or a refund to switch hotels. When we arrived after 4pm we were in a huge hurry to get to our event so we didn’t have time to realize the extent of the situation until almost midnight after we’d returned for the night.

The lobby and vending areas on the main level appeared promising. There are many great restaurants nearby, and it was easy to get around the area. The parking lot had good lighting at night. Loved the hot water. The guy behind the desk upon our arrival and check-in was polite and professional.
