No amenities at all. No lamps, desk no coffee maker in room.. Coke machine was out of order so nothing to drink. Air conditioner was difficult to use, no directions.

I like the outside of the property. The view of the lake was beautiful and watching the fish jump up and down in the water was breathtaking.

Lil bars of soap suggest soap dispensers and for sum reason it was ring camera attached to the tv and we had a small video recording of another building or area showing in the corner of the screen u could hear the camera talking thru the TV

the Frist room we spent the night in had a lot of problems. TV didn't work, the Faucet was lose and when flushed the toilet made a whining sound.

The second room was much better than first. the front desk staff was friendly.

Attitude of A.M. manager. I made a comment about there being no coffee pot or hair dryer in the room. He answer was that those were saved for the primo rooms.

The microwave and refrigerator in my room didn't work. I didn't have enough washcloths or towels. The carpet needed vacuuming. They advertise that breakfast is included but there's no breakfast.

I liked the location. The beds were comfortable. The people at the desk at check-in & check-out were very nice and friendly. My sister met someone on the cleaning staff that was very friendly.

While a sign on the office door said masks were required, none of the staff wore masks. A clerk sat in a chair behind the registration desk with no greeting and minimal eye contact, General Manager wore flip-flops. No vending machines. Ice machine was old and filthy. Hallways smelled like an ashtray. On checkout at 7:00 AM the office was deserted, and no one responded to the call bell.

There was no breakfast offered. Good location for the facility. Low cost for the stay. The room was relatively clean. We felt safe during our stay. The facility was quiet during the night.

The bathroom had very obvious signs of mold and water damage (black ceiling, bubbles under the plaster, and holes in the plaster.) The carpet felt spongy, as if it was wet. Traffic noise was very loud and the area seemed to have lots of homeless people loitering and the door to the rooms was propped open, so we felt a bit unsafe.

The beds were very comfortable.

Every room I stayed in was clean. But missing stuff. Etc. Shower curtain falling down. Mirror in bathroom gone.... Smoke filled the hallways and not all of it tobacco......

The whole place smelled of smoke. Was unable to check out properly as no attendant was around. Shower curtain was barely hanging on. Hair dryer didn’t work. People hanging out in the lobby that were obviously on drugs.

For the price, the room met my expectations. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked wonderful and appeared brand new.

My room had white paint marks, where it looked like repairs needed to be completed. It was a Smoking room, and reflected as such, with a few burn holes in the comforter. Aside from checking in, I didn't have much interaction with staff, but I didn't have a need to.

Even though I wasn't pleased with a few things, the room was clean, I was offered cleaning services daily, and the bed was comfortable. If you need constant attention, and all the frills, there's a Hilton across the street. Oh, and it was quiet. While walking the hall one night, I heard a lot of sound from rooms, but not after I was in my room. I used this as a place to shower and rest my neck, and it was suitable for that.
