Needed bathroom towels, some information in the room about restarants or stores near by. Little color , orange or red plain look.

The parking lot was tiny and very difficult to maneuver. Very limited parking. We stayed 4 nights. The bed was made and clean towels were only brought one time. I had to go to the front desk to get towels.

The location was convenient for my work. I have a bad knee, so I liked having an elevator.

Room service. Still stuck in COVID no room service. Had to ask for towels, empty trash, clean bathroom, remove mold, and make bed. Only empty room were cleaned. Elevator was slow, vending machines did not work well, and smokers everywhere to walk through. Hotel is on its way to being a dated second rate, maybe third establishment. My last Days Inn stay.

The location was good. It was just the right distance out of the park after sunset, where we drove and ate in Waynesville. We loved Waynesville! The downtown is an art mecca with beautiful art. The downtown is beautiful. The breakfast was minimal. A snack.

Breakfast bar was very inadequate. Was not even offered on Saturday morning! Room had clothing and a stuffed animal left from previous guests... an indication it probably wasn't cleaned thoroughly.

The breakfast was basically non existent. A tiny prepackaged muffin and coffee was about it. When I first walked in, I did not even realize that they had breakfast out. This added no value to the room cost. It was a fine stop over. Room had a bad smell.

The woman at the desk at night was very friendly. The location was good and I was really looking forward to seeing the view in the morning but unfortunately it was foggy in the morning and we could not see a thing. The pool is outdoor and was still closed for the season. Our room was very big. We had 2 beds and a sofa bed. The room did smell awful. It was relatively clean otherwise. The chairs had cigarette burns. It does appear that they have done work on fixing it up. I liked the art in the room. It was just lacking in some details. Beds comfy and pillows good.

there was supposed to be a breakfast of some sort, but it was nowhere to be found. There was a Shoney’s not too far away that was fine, but I had hoped to be able to get up in the morning, Grab breakfast at the hotel and take off.

The facilities in the view were very nice.

The rooms smelled really bad. We could not get rid of the smell! The floors were dirty and we had a hard time getting towels for 4 in a room.
