We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI didn't like the blood on the wall in my bathroom (232), and not being able to walk around without shoes cuz the carpet felt filthy. The duvet was covered in stains. We removed that from the bed immediately but the sheets didn't look much cleaner. We are night shift people so 11:00 check out is kind of hard for us. We asked for a late checkout hoping for an extra half hour to an hour to get our bearings, but were denied. Which is strange because online someone had commented that they were given a late checkout. Speaking of online, when we looked for a room online it was cheaper than what we are charged when we got there (25% more expensive than advertised online). Our non-smoking room was right above where everybody stood outside to smoke so we constantly smelled cigarette smoke. Honestly didn't feel safe leaving the car parked in the parking lot. Literally got up and down all night to look out the window to make sure no one was messing with it because there were people screaming outside all night long.
Dimitri was very friendly/pleasant when checking us in. And there were decent breakfast options.

United States of AmericaThe one thing that really threw me off was the pillows. They were folded up to be the size of a couch throw pillow. I asked the staff for an extra one and they did bring a fourth, at which point I realized if you unfolded them they were a standard size pillow but pretty flat. The water pressure was not very good at all in the shower, but it was hot.
For the price, it was an okay stay. Didn’t expect more or less. The bed was actually fairly comfortable and the AC worked well.

United States of AmericaOur room did not have a fridge or microwave. The bed was moderately comfy, but the sheets had a few spot stains on them. Overnight check-in lady was a bit rude. Only lighting in our room was a lamp. No electrical outlet on one side of the bed, and the outlet on the wall lamp didn't work. Priced too high for overall quality and cleanliness.
Breakfast hours are longer on the weekends, so we could sleep in a bit. Free wifi and several other amenities (hair dryer, room safe, gym, laundry, etc).

United States of AmericaWe stayed for the Dead and Company Shows. It was really hard to get an Uber or Lyft that would take us to Boulder. Also, had a really hard time getting a ride back to the hotel from Boulder. It seemed nobody wanted to go to Boulder
Breakfast was a few granola bars and a fruit cup. There was no continental breakfast or anything like that. It was affordable for the length of stay we were there. I did enjoy the value of the stay. The front counter girl was super cute.

United States of AmericaNo microwave or fridge in room, other times I have stayed there was one on there so we lose a lot of food we brought with us. Asked for a trash bag to throw it away and was denied a bag was told just leave it in the room housekeeping will take care of it. Not over during the 4 bought stay did housekeeping come to our room. We had to go to the front desk for towels etc. We'll stay somewhere else when we're in town going forward.

United States of AmericaI requested a handicap room. I wasn't given one and the bathroom was difficult. The toilet was way too low and cramped in between the sink and tub. I requested a later check out. I was told an hour was the absolute max and to call the desk on the morning I was to leave. However, I was bullied by the head housekeeper who threatened to put me out in my night grown and throw my belongings out with me. I told her I had spoken to the front desk already. I was one hour late checking out and my cash deposit was not refunded. When I turned my key cards in, I was treated very rudely. The person who checked me in was very nice and did not indicate any forfeiture of deposit clause. I was not thanked for my business but, basically told to just get out.
I never took advantage of the free breakfast. I wasn't up early enough. However, the breakfast area looked really nice. I was in town to visit friends so, I met them for brunch each day.
