Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Too much deodorizer. Very dated. The place is a rebranded Super 8.

I had a nice quiet sleep, because I turned off the heater. The fan noise was too loud, and there's no way to turn it down. Water pressure on the overhead shower is too weak as well.
Staffs were very patient and accommodating. Breakfast is simple, but I love the pancakes which are made fresh by a machine within a minute! Coffee was good too, and the price paid was very reasonable.

The staff communicated with me ahead on my stay and made us feel very welcome. Nice courtyard in the center, pool and hot tub, easy parking.

There's a cigarette-burned-hole in one of the sheets but it was clean and was changed to a fresh sheet the next day
The place is clean and the service; both the front desk & room services, was really good. They fill up soaps & shampoos everyday too!

Staff very accommodating and helpful. For an overnight stop it was perfect, on route and nearby restaurants and supermarket. Room big with everything we needed.

Breakfast could have had a bit more variety. The unit we had would have been better if located downstairs instead of upstairs.
The location was very convenient, the room was perfect for our needs, the staff was awesome. The breakfast was okay, could have had a bit more variety but otherwise was okay. Parking was great and that little gazebo next to the creek was so cute.

We were late coming in and it made checking in a little more difficult. But really we are so happy.

AC unit was a bit loud. Not too bad for sleep though.
Everything was pretty much normal for a motel room. Clean and basic stuff all worked as expected.

The Reception person could hardly be bothered as he was in to a TV program I presume.
No breakfast available and the Reception door was locked. The property needs some maintenance - in my room the toilet seat was almost falling off and the hot/cold water valve at the sink needs replacing.

Heater/AC was loud but I am a lite sleeper, my family did not complain or notice.
Breakfast was minimal but that's what you get during COVID. Staff very nice.

Well its interesting how the beds in the smoking room had way less quality then the beds in the non smoking room but that's to be expected.
Staff was super nice rooms were very clean. Not a single bug in site.

Everything was perfect!
The rooms were amazing and very clean and comfortable my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. And the swimming pool was great as the weather was hot do the pool was very refreshing. I recommend the willits super 8 to all who's looking to stay in a room in Willits CA.

No cart to carry luggage from parking lot, price was a bit high. Otherwise good place to stay
The room was normal not to big , beds ok, no cart to bring in suitcases and other items which made it hard on my husband. The price I thought was high for the room but only stayed 1 night.

For the price they charge I expected better services and category. Some stuff need to be fixed, it needs some maintenance. -It says breakfast included and there wasn’t nothing but coffee to make by yourself in the room (not even tea!). -Wifi NEVER worked. Even I ask the manager why it wasn’t working, he didn’t seem to care. I really needed it to work, nowadays wifi is a basic necessity. -There was a jacuzzi in my room but the manager told me to don’t use it because it leaks… -Not all the lights in the room were working.
It was very clean and well located. I have to remark the cleaning and that’s an important point for me. The bed was big and comfortable. Good shower and toilet.
