Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast area seems jammed in. Just hot tub-and you can hear everything through the vent when standing in lobby.
Stayed there before so knew the area. Room clean/accessible. Front staff, Jodi was very personable and fun to chat with. Also when checked out she and the breakfast lady looked up and recommended some places to go.

Lobby is very cramped. Front desk area seems cluttered. Staff sitting when waiting on guest. I worked at a hotel and we were required to stand when checking in and out guests. I didn’t notice a uniform either or name tags. The luggage cart was not near the entrance but on the other end of the lobby. There really is no room to put it in the entrance anyway. The breakfast is varied: Muffins, yogurt, breads, milk, juice, Jimmy Deans breakfast items, frozen microwaveable waffles. Large muffins are probably purchased at Kwik Trip or Sam’s club. The one I had was excellent. No fresh fruit. Picnic style paper plates. Plastic silverware and cups. Biodegradable options? Large TV in lobby-wires and cables hanging underneath. Two long beautiful wood tables with red metal chairs (hard as a rock) not comfortable, although they are nice, encourage guests to eat in their room. Perhaps Super 8 would consider adding on to the lobby to make it more inviting and comfortable for guests and for staff. Staff morning meeting within ear shot of eating guests. I would highly recommend Magic Erasers or melamine sponges for housekeeping. The wall by the toilet, bottom of our tub (staining), and edge of toilet could have used it. A pack of 12 available at Walmart for 10-12 dollars. I would also recommend having blow dryer option at front desk instead of the room. The old looking blow dryer provided in our bathroom was gross. The long cord was dirty or could have used the eraser. There was fuzzy dust in the air intake and something that looked like crap in a groove. The rooms could use USB ports. There are none on the TV either. There is a veterans parking spot. I don’t think it brings honour to vets when 12-18 inches of the curb are busted up in their spot.
In Duluth, not far from hospital. Within a few blocks of Holiday gas station and next door to Perkins. Hotel offers a coupon for Perkins. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Handicapped parking very close to building. Staff very friendly. If you have a pet (dog) they have treats at the front desk. Camera noted in hallways for security. Room was clean. Coffee excellent. milk in a carafe, recycling bins, refillable shampoo and body wash.

Not so easy to access the Interstate, but I realize this is not in their control.
Staff were right on the ball and the room was made comfortable by putting an insulated cover over the drafty AC during an early spring storm.

The breakfast had a lot to be desired ! This is our 3rd stay. This was the poorest of choices to date.

We couldn't make the TV work correctly.
The staff was very helpful. We had our dog with us, and they were very accommodating. The room was clean and the beds and room were spacious and comfortable.

The room was clean and the staff were really helpful and cheerful. The free breakfast was okay, comparing with what you pay for this place, it was enough. The check in and check out process was really smooth.

Shower head or pressure doesn't spray the best (I find this the case at most hotels) but it was better than my previous night stay in another hotel an hour away. Very small area in front lobby for breakfast. We skipped breakfast.
First, excellent location...easy on/off I-35, as well as access to Hwy 2 over to Superior just a few blocks away. Second, fluffy comfortable pillows (qty 4) and mattress just right. Good quantity of electric/power for fan/cpap/phone charge on the nightstand. We stayed November 2023. Lighting at night in the parking lot is reasonable. There are often always large vehicles (bus, 18-wheelers) along the edge of the lot to contend with when parking if the lot is full. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past 6 years. Nice to have a chair in the corner to sit in without having to watch TV while lying on a bed.
