Rooms are old and dated , especially the shower. Always looks dingy. Hot tub is hardly working and that’s the main reason I book at this hotel.

Location is great. Love they have a pool and hot tub. Most staff is pretty friendly.

Our room was facing the freeway it’s was very noisy the door and windows need better seals. Was not able to sleep even with ear plugs.

Right next to the freeway, and there was a gap in the bedroom door I could get my finger through, so quite a lot of noise.

The office staff took forever and didn't see any staff other than the front desk for check-in and check-out. no elevators for people who struggle to clime up stairs

The only reason we don't give it 10 stars is because the breakfast is not the best. We've stayed at different Best Westerns and they typically offer eggs, bacon, potatoes and other items for breakfast. This is more of a snack bar since there aren't muffins or decent sized danishes to even call it continental breakfast.

This is the second time we stay at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the quick improvements since our last stay. We recommended this hotel to all our relatives that were travelling in the area, and will be sure to stay here again if we're in the vicinity.

We booked this place because it indicated "breakfast included." Since we were staying for several days, we thought we'd at least save on one meal. Unfortunately, breakfast was toast, bagels, coffee, juice and boiled eggs. This is not our idea of breakfast so we ended up having to go out and spend on breakfast. Also, the staff member supervising the breakfast room was in stark contrast to all the other staff members we encountered. She was on her phone, with her foot up on the desk and leaning back. This demeanor is one of not caring for her role or the customers, she was not professional. However, every other staff member we encountered, from the check in clerk, cleaning crew, and check out clerk, were professional and helpful.

Value for the room was good, it was clean, and fairly quiet. We were on the top floor, in a one queen bed room. The AC worked great as well. We liked that it was within walking distance of a Starbucks, and food locations.

Had to leave a day early, due to work schedule. Asked for a refund for the 1 day I wasn't able to stay. It was denied. Very disappointing.

Close to the freeway, can be noisy at times. Pool isn’t clean. The room I stayed in has no closet, only hangers. The rooms are clean but dont smell good. The shower is hard to turn on.

There were a few questionable people wondering around. I assumed they were staying there. they didn’t bother anyone but I just made sure to lock everything up.

convenient location close to the freeway. There is a Starbucks and Texas Roadhouse next to the motel. The outside looks like it was an old motel 6 but inside the room was very clean and comfortable enough.

I didn’t like disability accommodations. Everywhere you went there was too much of a “lip” to go over, from the room to the outside, from the outside to the office, from outside to breakfast. Right around the rooms for accommodations, the sidewalk was not level and harder to walk on.

For most of our stay, the shower curtain was missing. Also the door lock had some issues. It had problems reading our cards and it was hard to open.

The amenities such as the refrigerator and microwave were nice to have as well as the breakfast room being open which was generally well stocked.
