We stay in this hotel neat everytime we travel to B.S. WVa. It's a solid value and consistent. Breakfast is good always. A good restaurant is within feet of the entrance also.

The hotel has everything you need, everything was tidy and clean. The breakfast was sufficient. The standard for this kind of hotel. It is 5 minutes away with the car from the center of Berkeley Springs. Room service came, although we stayed only 2 nights. It is not a standard anymore these days...

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was obvious that it had been updated recently. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and coffee and tea were available 24-7 in the lobby. Really enjoyed our stay. Restaurant on the property was a plus. Good food at good price.

We had requested a King Bedroom and didn't pay attention to the fact that it had a "Roll-In" Shower, obviously for handicap purposes. The set-up in the shower made it impractical for normal use as the shower head faced out into the rest of the bathroom area, the water spray would hit the shower curtain and leak (with pressure) out into the bathroom floor and made the floor dangerously slippery. We had to place towels on the floor for safety. I spoke to the front desk and offered the suggestion of installing a shower wand holder at one end or the other of the stall to allow for a "normal" use experience of the shower and to lower the danger of the slippery floor. They were very grateful for the suggestion.

We could hear noise from rooms above us, but fortunately, not while we slept.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs, and we were able to walk to most of our destinations.

The shower floor has not framed around it, so the water overflows when taking a shower creating a mess on the washroom floor.

Side door of building right beside our door on first floor was unlocked for the full stay. Toilet continually ran had to keep Jiggling handle to get it stop and if people and rooms near by used theirs it started back up. Coffee pot and items to use it were laid out in the bathroom. Coffee pot Needed to be in a different room!

For the price I really can’t find any negatives.

The price was really good. Clean comfortable rooms. Had a breakfast with eggs and biscuits and gravy. Really good coffee machine. Both in the room and down in the office area.

Had problems with electrical female plugs connecting with male plugs on telephone charger and C-pap. Very loose and difficult to keep electricity flowing.

Staff was able to change our second floor room to a first floor room due to our difficulties with stairs. This was greatoy appreciated.
