It looks like they renovated the hotel not too long ago. One thing they don't do is replace the AC units. So, mine was old and noisy. When I needed it, the HEAT did not work. They put on a thin top sheet to be used as a blanket. It got cold that night. Did I say no heat? TV's had quirky remotes. People staying in the hotel for the dog show. These inconsiderate dog owners walk in the hallway shouting at each other with their dogs barking at 7:00 AM. I could hear everything. Otherwise, very convenient location, with good parking, close to the shopping mall, restaurants, and stores. Staff was excellent.

Average breakfast, the usual hotel fare. Choice of hot/cold beverages and cereals, waffles, bagels, muffins.

No towels and no shower curtain on arrival. Housekeeping didn’t care and they were in the hallway when we were talking about the room. Asked for towels and received 2 for a 4 person room

There was an obvious yellowish stain on the sheets right where I slept. Also, we needed more towels for our family, but the hotel ran out because it was full. We had to get extra towels from the "clean but stained" pile. Not happy with those things. But didn't complain. Also, our sink would not drain well, and filled with water while using.

Clean room. Comfortable beds. Overall, a nice basic room. Good price. I would stay here again. Good breakfast, but would like the option of more fruit, and regular yogurt instead of only light. I can't do artificial sweeteners.

The remote control for the TV only worked if you pointed it directly at the light on the TV and up very close like just inches away.

The location was perfect. Easy to find. Returning to the interstate was so easy. Staff were very nice.

Noise in our room from a pump or machine engine in the room next door. The huge spider walking up the wall beside our table during breakfast. Someone's old toothpaste cap stuck in the sink drain.

When checking in the internet was have issues and so was the phone. I also booked 4 rooms with 2 queen beds. The rooms that were provided was 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and 2 rooms with 1 queen bed and pull out coaches. Prices were all the same. Didn’t seem fair but had no other choice.

Hot breakfast - the eggs were dry and tasted strange and so were the sausages even though we were at breakfast by 7:00. The sink/countertop in the bathroom was coming away from the wall and not adequately supported.

The room was nice, clean and functional. The staff were friendly and cooperative. The location was quiet and convenient.

There are no amenities - no laundry, no gym, no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee pot in the room.

It was a good price for someone passing through and it is located right off the highway with a Burger King and Bob Evans in the same parking lot for easy dining.

there was no selection of food available...no fruit at all... the griddle maker was broken... the coffee was awful...As I said, I couldn't believe it...the yogurt was at its explored date--and the bread products were stale

of all the BW i have stayed at-- the breakfast here was the worst I have ever had. Was there a shortage supply of food? ...and the quality was sub-par. The griddle maker wasn't working right...and there was a lack of selection...unbelievable...

Our room had very low water pressure and there was no shower curtain. The tub was cracked and leaked water onto the floor and there was a hole on the inside of the bathroom door. Half the lights in the room were out provided only poor lighting.

Morgantown is an old town and it could use some upgrades but overall very comfortable
