The elevator is (or at least was) broken. As a septuagenarian, I struggled to carry my bag (packed for three weeks in Europe) up the stairs. I would hope the staff would at least offer to have the luggage carried up the stairs.

The location is very good. The shuttle to/from the airport is easy. The rooms are nice.

Would have been great to have a grab and go breakfast for very early flight (included breakfast starts at 6am).

Very convenient to the airport, clean, large room, good lighting, good shower, quiet. Check-in staff was very friendly and professional.

The elevator wasn't working and I was booked on the second floor I had 3 heavy bags, so they helped me with them. Of course, but that was the only negative.

Pick up. At the airport was quick. And it was close to the hotel.Everybody was friendly from the driver that picked me up from the hotel to the staff that met me when I arrived

Clean and convenient but not comfortable

The insulation in the rooms is terrible; it was so loud outside my closed window -- you could hear planes constantly, plus the light rail nearby. And you could hear tromping feet above. Room curtains did not stay fully closed, and the bright glare of the parking lot light interfered with my sleep, as did the uncomfortable beds. The furnishings all appeared to be very cheap, especially the beds. The elevator was out of commission, and we had to walk up the stairs with bags. The front desk area is tiny and not very welcoming, and the breakfast was sub-par. The breakfast attendant hid out in a supply closet off the breakfast room, on her phone in the dark, not being very attentive. While I was looking for a decent budget accommodation for a single night, I don't think I would return. I was surprised, as the Best Western name influenced my decision to stay. But this is definitely their cut-rate brand.

The hotel was very clean, I'll give it that, and the location near the airport was convenient, with a free shuttle.

The rest of the staff had ZERO information about Seattle; even things like "how much does the tram cost" (which is 500m from the hotel). They don't know a thing about Seattle and have zero answers. Also - the lift was broken and we were on the 4th floor - obviously a letdown.

The manager was very cool. The beds were decently comfortable. felt safe.

Elevator was down for maintenance during our stay which wasn’t mentioned until check in; carried luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Dirty clothes were left hanging on the bathroom door upon check in

Convenient location to the airport and complementary shuttle service was a plus! Beds were super comfy after our long fight

Lift was broken and I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to my room with a large/heavy suitcase. Besides the no smoking policy there was a strong smell of cannabis in the common area on my floor.

Good location with shuttle service, reasonably priced. Less than 10 minute walk to Angle Lake light rail station. Quiet room on top floor. Luggage storage available to store a bag for 5 nights until my return stay. Breakfast was a basic breakfast help yourself style with limited but just enough options. Be careful to ensure you arrive at the correct Sure Stay hotel as both close by.

    The elevator was broken.

The staff was amazing! They helped me SO much! The night shift checkin guy helped me carry luggage up 3 flights since the elevator was broken, and answered all my shuttle questions! The day shift check in lady super friendly, great conversation, very helpful with my daughter and the baby. The shuttle man literally helped us so much with all the luggage, baby, car seat, and to find our way to the elevator at the airport. Your staff went above and beyond! My room was clean, comfortable, perfect for my travel needs.

Very noise airvents in the corridor on all four floors assume it's the heating system. Near rooms starting #01-09. After #10 you cannot hear it. By night 3 the noise had gone.
