We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our check in was quick, and getting to the room was easy. Having the little porch/balcony was nice, was able to go out and smoke without having to go all the way downstairs

United States of AmericaI think that the staff needs to ask if the client would like a handicap room or not. Although I might of overlooked the reservations on line for the availability of choosing whether one wanted handicapped room or not. It wouldn't hurt for the staff to ask anyway.
Breakfast was fine. Easy access and variety was good. Cleanliness is an important factor in a hotel and it met it. The outside grounds were great and the meditation area with the fountain was peaceful.

United States of AmericaThe hotel is much older than the pictures show. Rugs are worn down, hotel doesn't smell very pleasant. The room was not very clean, two of my pillow cases were yellowish. I had to ask for face towels. The breakfast area was dingy & dirty so we chose not to eat there. I won't stay here again.
