The room was freezing. 62 degrees when we arrived. The bedding was insufficent. No real blanket. A flat sheet, a very thin blanket and a thin bed cover. The fitted sheet?/bottom sheet had a cigarette burn in it that I occasionally rubbed up against.

Easy checkin and friendly staff. set up for limited staff. The communication system to alert the front desk and do it all person was efficent.

The stairwells were filthy and the security door on the back stairwell did not close and or lock so anyone could come and go as they pleased. Did not make me feel safe to go out in the hallway. We were given one small bar of soap for two people for two days. The lobby windows were filthy. Looks like they had not been cleaned in some time not a great first impression.

The location to the turnpike was great. There were a number of restaurants around to choose from.

It looks like it’s undergoing renovations. We have not stayed there since it was America Budget Inn. The Wyndom name fooled us. The staff was nice and courteous.

The hotel should have been cleaner. Bathroom was clean but lacked hand soap. Staff said they couldn't find the hand soap so provided complimentary bottles of body wash - much harder to use. The floor hadn't been vacuumed. There was bits of cellophane, paper, etc. on the floor and an 8-oz bottle of perfume and a half-filled soda bottle were peeking out from under bed skirt. Elevator doors were dirty, rooms had an unpleasant smell, and the desk chair was damaged and tilting to one side. Granted, it was an unusually busy weekend and the hotel was booked to capacity, but each guest wants their room to be sparkling clean.

Staff was friendly and helpful. When I asked for an extra towel (we had three guests but only two towels had been provided) it was promptly provided. When I asked for plastic spoons to take my medicine, the desk clerk went out of her way to locate the key to kitchen and get me some.

The staff was amazing. Our door wouldn't lock and TV didn't work. Melissa put us in another room. The TV didn't work in that one either. Melissa called maintenance and Barry came and couldn't figure it out. He brought Devon on for help. He got it figured out. All 3 deserve an award. They went above and beyond for me. I also left an item in my room when checking out. Called the hotel and left a message. John called back very quickly and found the item. He is going to send it to me. We almost went to another hotel. But the staff was the main reason we stayed. Room was comfortable beds were also. I think they lost the cleaning service people that am overheard them talking. All 4 employees were amazing. Stayed May 13 th to 14 th. Thank You

Pillows are terrible. Elevator was gross and if I could give 0 stars for food I would, I was awful. The coffee barley tasted like coffee, apple juice was basically tinted water so was the orange juice. They do have waffles. I guess for the price is to be expected but I never thought it would be that bad. I think it’s better to not offer anything. Also, I think this is a pet friendly hotel and two doors down dogs barked constantly. My husband is allergic to dog hair :( so beside listening to barks he sneezed constantly. I wished I had paid attention to description. Maybe that’s why the elevator was si disgusting.

Great location ~25 minutes from seven springs ski resort and 1/7 the price of staying on site. Older basic hotel but seems to have had some money recently put into it with the change in brand. Nice clean room, decent hotel breakfast too and under building parking.

You could tell the business has been hurt by covid. Lack of help was very noticeable. The coffee machine did not make very good coffee. But there was a Starbucks and a MacDonald's in their back yard.

The price was excellent. The front desk was very informative and helpful. The location of the hotel was so great for food and convenience stores. The breakfast bar was sufficient and had a lot of breakfast items along with milk, juice and so forth.

It wasn't the cleanest room we ever stayed in but that was due to serious staffing issues. When we arrived, our room was being cleaned by someone who wasn't even part of the housekeeping staff. She was very nice and the room was adequately clean, but needed attention there just weren't enough people to give it. The hotel was making every effort to hire people, but having the same problems everyone else is in getting them.

It was a very convenient location. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

breakfast is waste - dont expect too much - Rooms are OK - we had lot of luggage but the trolley isn't working so had to struggle .. the front desk didn't bothered o help us ... during breakfast time plates got over but again front desk didn't bothered to replenish ..
