Swimming pool not working. Furniture looks worn

The only issue I had was a very nasty smell in the bottom floor hall way but it really wasn’t a issue, it was only in the middle part of the hall way and once you walked 20 feet it was gone.

In my room there was a Coffee pot with no tray to put the Coffee in. There is a list of numbers you can call for services, but the phone in the room has no cord connecting it to the wall. So it’s a paperweight. It would be nice if the staff would listen to the problem before trying to fix the situation. Also someone who understands English would be nice.

Location. It is about a mile from my daughters house. And the price is decent compared to the other Hotels in the area.

First thing that disappointed me was when I found a spider in my bed.

We have stayed here a couple of times before and I must say that it was in much better shape both times.

The room needed a little help. The door on the heater was broke, no holder for the toilet paper (it was broke also) also no Spa for the second time I’ve stayed there. Pretty minor complaints, but for the money those things should be fixed.

Checking in was a bit complicated and required extra time, when they realized we traveled with a dog. Kitchenette was non-equipped. If we had wanted to prepare our own meal, we would have had to bring all pots, pans, plates, utensils.

Location was great for visit to dinosaur national monument. Breakfast was adequate. Room was clean.

Top sheet on bed was very wrinkled, wife wondered if sheets were changed?

Continental breakfast was nothing compared to breakfasts we have had in other hotels, not very appealing - eggs and sausage served were cold, juice dispenser not working! The person working the Continental breakfast made no contact with the people in the dining area, no “good morning” nothing, walked thru as though no one was present ?

The hallway smelled of smoke and the rooms were musty. The hot tub was dingy with chipping paint. Unfortunately, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Cold pool, not in the best of conditions.

Room was clean, spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was fine, plenty available if not particularly healthy options. Waffle maker with syrup was a raging success though! Pool was cold but hot tub was lovely and warm 103F. Not in the best of maintenance condition with a clearly visible scum line and chipped paintwork but usable.

Staff not always available to deal with situations or ask questions. Key to room was hard to work. Refrigerator in room was noisy, until someone came and turned it off completely. Then, no fridge to use.

no place to hang anything. there is a nice kitchenette but if you want to use it, bring all your own equipment

the bed was comfortable . the shower was good except the plug was stuck in the down position so the tub didn’t drain. the room and bathroom were very clean.

Hot tub was not working. But Harry (Hari?), the evening clerk was very kind and arranged for a room with a jetted at no extra charge. Older facility, but maintained decent and clean. Breakfast was bare minimum. At least you wouldn't starve to death in an apocalypse.

Unfortunately the beds were not very comfortable. The freezer had leftover ice cream from the previous tenant. When we requested a plug for the tub we were told we would have one in 5-10min. It was never delivered.

The room had a kitchenette which I was not aware of and was very roomy. There was ample space to get around. It was quite clean. We were able to have our dog.
