The TV didn't work. Were told how to fix it ourselves - which didn't solve the problem. Someone came & thought they had fixed it. Still broken. We were too tired to fight it.

Pool area was noisy with kids. Room had a “closed up” kinda smell. Walls seem thin, I could hear my neighbors talking and doors opening and closing. Wish breakfast started a bit earlier but 6am probably worked for most on a weekend.

Hotel was as expected. This was a one night stay as I was driving to Washington so it worked out perfect for me, right off the freeway, by food and gas stations, clean and comfortable. Everything worked. I would stay here again if I were passing through. Room was well decorated and looked like it has been updated lately. Affordable.

There wasn't an area our group could meet up except for the area they served breakfast in but the manager wouldn't allow us to use it. Also, someone was smoking pot inside the hotel and the stench was strong for both days we were there.

The front desk agent was nice enough and the location was central to our needs.

The breakfast was pretty uninspired. Just the most basic hotel hot breakfast.

The facility was very clean and the staff super friendly even though we arrived very late at night. Our room was very comfortable. The bed and bedding were better than expected. The bathroom a bit outdated but sparkling clean and very serviceable.

Location is a bit sketchy. Quite a few vagrants. Breakfast was so so.

Tv is a little small as was the bathroom. Didn’t feel totally secure while there. Front desk person at check out was not at all customer focused and never smiled or enquirer about my stay.

Typical hotel. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Back door didn’t latch consistently and the neighborhood was a bit iffy.

Nice location and hotel

We arrived in town an hour early before check in. We went to motel to see if we could check in early. The ladies response was a little irritated and rude for me asking and said no they didn't do that.We show up at check in time and go to our room to find it had not even been cleaned. Bedding pulled off bed on the floor and full garbage bags. They were barely apologetic for the incident no cost off of room or anything. I just never dealt with anything like that before. Almost left but again not a situation I been in before so once room was cleaned we were able to go to it. And once we were in our room I noticed the balcony is not an outside balcony but into the indoor pool area which could get pretty noisy with kids at times.it maybe stated it in description and I maybe missed it. And the 1window it did have only opened up a crack so that was a little stuffy in the room not being able to get much air in.

I did love the room once it was clean.... room was very spacious beds were comfy

Near area are several homeless and didn't know if our car would damaged or if items would stolen...we were fine, but I understand why there cameras on every floor And outside.

Hotel with Indoor pool at this price point was perfect after driving from redwood forest...the hotel feels dated, but the owners have made attempts to make the living space comfortable for guests. Breakfast was fine with simple hotel standards No foul/mold smells in building...the location was off main strip and felt safer then others. The staff was very nice to speak with.

Clean, quiet, no drama. Could easily walk to good coffee shops in the morning, and to a fabulous Indian restaurant for dinner. Didn’t try the breakfast. Able to park the car in the shade, too.

I hate that they charge a pretty large cash deposit if you have a local address on your ID, and no real clarity on what is considered "local" or not, and no consistency even on the amount of the deposit but $200 to $300 cash plus the room fees is a little bit excessive I think.

I love the jacuzzi tubs here! The rooms are very nice sized and always pretty clean and in good repair

The breakfast.

The breakfast was not satisfactory. I'm allergic to eggs. All the cereal is loaded with sugar as were the muffins. One muffin was chocolate and I thought it was bran which would have been my preference. I ate one tangerine and half a muffin. I don't drink coffee. Best Western needs to rethink their breakfast food. Americans eat too much sugar. How about quality whole grain bread instead of junk food.

It would have been nice to be able to have early breakfast, but there is a breakfast restaurant close by so that worked for us. The room we had was a bit small, but since we were literally there to sleep for 7 hours, it didn't matter.

We stayed here as a short overnight and were not able to get breakfast. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are clean and convenient from the parking area. There is a designated area for trailer/truck parking which was useful since we were a bit apprehensive about entering the narrow looking parking lot with a trailer.
