The office clerk seemed like he was irritated and did not want to be there. There was a large dog in the room next to ours that was barking a lot. The bath soap’s and sink soap were in refillable dispensers that were not full and easy to be tampered with so I had to buy my own.

The room was clean. There were plenty of towels. King size bed was firm and comfortable.

Only We one chair . There was only one pillow per person. The person at the front desk gave us our room and when we got to the room hadn't been ready for us. Had to track down someone to notify them that our room hadn't been made ready. It was after 3;30 when we had arrived.

The bed was just a little uncomfortable and there were only two, pretty flat pillows.

We always stay here when visiting Fort Bragg. The rooms are clean, comfortable and affordable. The bathrooms seem to be newly renovated. Customer service and location is always great.

A hair in the refrigerator. I thought the picture of breakfast bar had a waffle maker.

Staff was nice .our TV didn't work so we switched rooms...smaller TV but it worked.

Because we had a "handicapped" room, we had no closet so no place to put our clothes. DID NOT LIKE THAT at all. In addition, our room had no desk upon arrival but a housekeeper had one put in for us upon request. Having only a "wand" shower was inconvenient with grab bars and only 2 hands but I'm not sure what might have been better. The huge cushioned chair was not great in a handicapped room...if I had been using a wheelchair or even my walker, the chair would have made navigation difficult. Breakfast was offered but was unappealing so I did not eat there.

Size of room was good. Bed was comfortable. Love the Gardens....and they are well maintained.. My favorite room is #160 but have not been in it for quite awhile. Rooms are quiet. Location is great! Parking was great! Room was very clean upon arrival.

Blankets were a bit thin and the boat wash down area was a bit tights or we didn’t find the right area to wash the boat but we did our best without making a mess

We got given an unserviced room when we got there. They switched us without a problem but it was an oversight that could have been avoided.

The room was clean and had all mod cons. The soap and shampoo dispenser was attached to the wall and east to use. A great idea. They also provide wet wipes. Breakfast of toast, bananas and cereal was on hand. The garden is pretty and there is outdoor eating area and a little pond.

The price is to hi and there's no deals for long stays or discount would be nice if price dropped for people wanting to stay a week or so at a time

I didn't expect much for the price I paid, but the one negative, was when I went to get coffee in the lobby knowing they had real 1/2 & 1/2. I was almost exited about this after forcing down the stuff from my room... I told the guy at the desk that the creamer was empty, but he was eating and watching something on his laptop. He basically grunted and nodded, but didn't budge. I waited for a minute, dumped my coffe and bolted. There is a Mcdonalds and a gas station pretty close by if you want okay coffee.

The place seemed clean. Maybe I just got lucky that night, but the place was very quiet. The shower had great pressure and got nice and hot quickly.
