Cute BnB. Our room was on the second floor. Felt privare and very safe. Room was very nice. Having the bar/restaurant next-door was awesome. We ate dinner there 2 nights. Breakfast was excellent.

some of the outside structure needs repair, but newer owners were amazing and are working hard to get things done.

nice country-like setting located close to Custer State Park, Mt. Rushmore, Needles Highway, and many other attractions. The room was cozy and had everything you would need. They even cook you FREE breakfast each day and the food was great! There is a “common” room with a fridge/freezer, Hanes, puzzles, books, tourist info, and much more free to use. The Innkeepers were very nice and go out of their way to make your stay the best. Some people mention the bugs, but they were not an issue during our stay.

Breakfast needed to be ordered the night before. The only place it states that in the info. binder in the room. We were not informed at check in. We left to go off site for breakfast. I was surprised by the number of flies around. We had never experienced that in a location before.

The room was very large and comfortable. the bed was comfy, and the bathroom is great. Everything in Rapid City is accessible from this location. The onsite restaurant is convenient. We had dinner there and the food was very good.

Honestly, I was totally satisfied, and I’m picky.

Clean, comfortable (jetted tub!) and in a good location. Monty was very accommodating and friendly. There was a bar and restaurant just a short walk away and a custom breakfast included in the price was served in the common room at our specified time. Although the room was slightly pricy up front, it kind of evened out with the included breakfast and it was good knowing we were supporting a local family business rather than a corporate chain. We would definitely stay again.

In the bathroom, there was nowhere to put stuff. No cabinet behind the mirror, no shelving around the sink, nothing. The Shipwreck Cafe restaurant on the property was good except they didn’t have good control of the fly situation, which was very annoying at times. They need to put in a vestibule for the back door where many of the guests enter, in addition to the one at the front. That would probably help address the problem.

Room was roomy and clean. Grounds were very nice. Good value for the money; included breakfast was fresh made to order and very substantial. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great location! We are on a 4 week road trip, the bar and garden on site were a treat. All the staff were amazing; friendly, helpful and obliging. The room was great and the breakfast was wonderful ... eating al fresco was a huge bonus. Many thanks to all, so pleased we booked!

No We totally enjoyed our stay. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the break from hotels and noise of interstates. Food was great. Would definitely stay there again!!
