Hot tub was quite warm (could be warmer, but understand it is family-friendly); check-in was easy; not many people staying so quiet; the promise of a mountain view was debatable- we could see peaks, but not THE mountain; breakfast was spot-on!

We had a good stay overnight at this motel. It was in a beautiful location with views of the snow-capped mountains and with Mt. Shasta behind the motel. The room we stayed in was clean and surprisingly modern and renovated. The bed and pillows were decently comfortable. The parking was free and safe which was great. It was a simple check-in and out process. There was complimentary breakfast in the morning but we did not avail of it as we had to leave early. This place is dog friendly. It was a good stay for a stopover.

The king bed was a bit bouncy and was ok comfort wise. The mini fridge didn’t work but we provided the feedback and it was replaced by the time we returned three nights later.

The woman that was in the lobby was very pleasant and helpful. The jacuzzi was relaxing and the place was quiet.

The HVAC was noisy. The room was kind of small but fine for one person.

The hot tub has 3 strong jets and a good view of Mount Shasta. But you have to tuck behind the handrails for two of the Jets. The rooms also have a nice view of Mount Shasta. The bed was firm and the rooms have both a microwave and refrigerator. The bathrooms have been updated with nice tile showers and lighted mirrors. Fans blow warm air in the bathroom.

Room was very clean and smelled fresh. The hotel was super close to Mt. shasta ski resort which was very convenient for us. This place is reasonably priced for our needs. Will stay again in the future!

It was a bit pricey in my opinion, but to be honest - it was a last minute booking during state holidays, so I shouldn’t complain about that. Breakfast was not very convenient to eat in the main lobby, but in summertime having breakfast outdoors should be really nice.

Very clean, well maintained, they even refreshed our beds - although we were here for two nights only and it is a motel! Lots of towels (although for three of us I would take at least one more), warm and with a spectacular view over Mt Shasta 😍

The furniture could be improved a bit. For example, the metal folding chair for the table/desk could be replaced with a bona fide desk or table chair. Also, there was construction work occurring on I-5 at the time of our stay in late September 2023, and the exit that would have provided shorter, more direct access to the motel was closed off. It was dark and rainy at the time of our arrival at Mt. Shasta town, and we were looking for that particular exit (the closed off one). As a result, we missed Shasta altogether, ending up at the next small community up the grade and had to backtrack, finally entering Mt. Shasta through the central part of town. That incident delayed our arrival by at least 15-20 minutes.

Room was small but clean, bathroom renovation was very good. The continental breakfast was generous and included quite a few choices of food, including hard boiled eggs (which I appreciated for the extra protein).

Room had bit of an odor.

Breakfast had several options. The room was OK, clean but had a bit of an odor; however, it is pet friendly and we had our dog with us. Bath was newish and very clean.

Mattress was a little soft for our tastes.

Hotel is well-managed and very clean. Staff was efficient and friendly, check-in was easy. Room was a standard 2 double bed hotel room, but very clean. Good working microwave and refrigerator. Good supply of toiletries and towels. Continental breakfast was included in the price and had a good array of offerings, plus a box of fresh, local fruit for guests to take along on their travels. Location is just a couple of minutes south of downtown, in a very quiet location.
