The tv service was absolutely trash

pretty good for price...could use a bit of fixing up on simple stuff. Staff is good for the most part. Needed to switch rooms and staff was helpful so all in all it was good.

You had to pay for things like shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and toothbrush. Things other comparable motels had free right in the room. I could have bought them cheaper at Dollar Tree too. Needless to say, since I hadn't packed shampoo for the 10 day cross country trip, I didn't shower that night.

I always thought motel 6 was a budget but adequate motel. There were a couple motels in the area that cost less but I wasn't familiar with them so we stayed at the tried and true motel 6. I was shocked at the cost vs value. For the price I at least expected free shampoo!

cleaning and the upkeep of everything was sad. could replace stuff at Dollarstore and it would be 100% better.

I stayed at the hotel for 6 days, I had booked for 7 however due to the fact that the room was only cleaned once on day one and no one bothered to change my laundry or clean the house or even add supplies to the room afterwards despite calling reception twice for the same was devastating.

A lot of drug activity and noise and homeless,ppl in and out of room next to mine a lot of yelling, random ppl knocking on my door all hours of the night

The beds sagged in the middle and the two pillows per bed were old and lumpy. No wash rags.

Overall I can see a remodel of the premise had been started, it was clean staff was prompt and friendly.

The room smelled of "moisture", there were no security cameras, the staff did not answer the phone when you called front desk, and they admit animals (I saw dogs and CATS in rooms, and a puppy in the next room barked the entirety of my final night)

I liked the size of the room, the comfort of the beds and the quick accessibility of the neighborhood

Grout in the bathtub under seam where they join were mouldy. We stayed in 2 other Motel 6 this trip and we found that they do not have plugs for the bathtubs. The receptionist was very helpful to find us one

The mattress was hard and had a serious trough worn into it. Needs turning at least, replacement ideally. Cable tv selection is very limited with Dish offerings. Some stations on the channel guide that used to be available here are now missing completely. Not sure why, as those stations are available elsewhere. I’ve stayed in better units at this location in the past. Maybe the rooms are being upgraded on a rotating schedule, and this unit hasn’t made the cut for a comfier mattress upgrade yet.

Good value, close to several restaurants, liked close, ground level parking access to this disability unit.

The cleaning lady knocked and IMMEDIATELY walked in: it was 10:15 and she told my niece she had to leave because she didn’t pay for another day. I had already made arrangements with the front desk the night before that we would possibly be there until 1130. I was told it would absolutely be no problem. Besides check out is 11. What was she doing at 10:15 opening the door. Yup- not to happy with Motel 6 right now. Hopefully you can fix this to make me happy and stay again with your company. Staff both upon calling and visiting were -) rude and 2) yelling with family member on the phone when we got there. The morning lady at check out was very nice, but it was already ruined by two counts of rudeness from employees who obviously don’t care about making guests feel welcomed and comfortable.

Overall experience for price .

Decent quality furniture and layout in room , however some of our lights didn’t work and were flashing , plus it is a very simple room and doesn’t offer much . Staff is friendly and helpful , but overall not the nicest place to stay in the area for the price .
