The towels were terrible. Dingy gray and hard I also didn’t like that people would put their towel on a pool chair and go to the beach for hours when there were limited chairs. Same with the pool huts.

WE had issues with bugs, our air conditioner was not working when we came back to the room once, but it got fixed quickly. We wanted our room cleaned daily, but it wasn't!

The location, being close to the beach and restaurants! Loved the new drink and food bar!

Not enough seating or shade around the pool. I spent over $20 for Macarons and they were completely stale.

Room only had one chair. We asked for another one since we had 2 people in room but they refused. Needed new air conditioner.

The parking can be a little difficult to manage especially if you only find parking across the street and has to drag all your luggage. We were also a little upset about the cleaning, as we were expecting for it to be clean daily, but as we were leaving the room we were asked if there was anything we needed in particular, and as there wasn’t, the room stayed disorganised with no cleaning (we just wanted to come back from the beach with a super clean environment) . We think it was a bit pricey for what we received, could include breakfast or something.

We enjoyed the location as it is right in front of the beach and we loved the many activities there is around to do. We had a lot of fun with the bikes riding around and going different beach locations. The beds are very comfy and the fan loud enough for those who can only sleep with its noise. The caferia right at the hotel was nice and convenient, yet pricey. We would come back.

Needs updating, but they are working on it. A second chair in the room and a bench or chair outside of the room would be nice (It's not a wide walkway, but there's room enough} The bird, Gary, was cool at first, but got annoying as other guests interacted with him...we survived lol. We should have utilized the fridge and brought our own cocktails, theirs are $$$.

Everything was clean and everyone friendly and helplful. Location was perfect to walk to dinner or beach entertainment. Right off the board walk. We only drove once as they are centrally located.

Crossing a very busy road to get to the beach and movie nights etc room had not been cleaned very well and the Keurig didn't work. They did take care of it all after we complained

Had a room on the first floor and you could really hear the people above you walking around and all the things that hit the floor. Also had a room next to the bird and it was making loud noises very early.

I liked that it was right on the beach, had many activities for all ages, staff was always there and ready to help, the food was reasonably priced and tasted great

Awesome location. Great, small, family feel. Not a big overwhelming resort. Cool uses of space. Little sitting areas all around. Lots of leisure activities for all to enjoy

The price was a bit high, but to be expected having a room facing the Gulf and being the beginning of spring break season. Our bathroom door would not shut all the way.

The location was wonderful and beautiful! Our room was very nice and we had a beautiful view from the window and balcony. I was impressed at how well taken care of the resort was, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
