You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United States of America-Lack of seasonings (garlic salt was expired), wish there was more selection, cooking spray and foil would also be helpful tools in the kitchen. -Outside grill had issues staying on and warming (we gave up and ended up using the griddle that was thankfully in the kitchen cabinet) -Paper towels were low when we got there and eventually ran out (thank goodness I brought my own) -The only standing shower is located downstairs by the two other guest rooms unless you want to sit in the tub in the master to wash up. There was a shower head extension in the tub but you have to manually hold it up to yourself to use. -The cabin is on a hillside keep in mind it may be difficult for small children and elders if they are staying with you at the cabin to make your way up. A full cooler of food was difficult to trek up the wrap around stairs because of how narrow it was. -Some stair steps felt a little wobbly and out of place so just really be thoughtful when you are making your way up and down the staircase. -Wi-Fi was a little spotty when we needed it.
The wrap around deck with the panoramic views was beautiful. Our pup was excited and entertained with all the wildlife around in the trees and loved the space to roam around freely on the deck. The nearby stream made the experience of our stay more tranquil. Tahquitz Rock lodge was the last house on the corner before heading into some nearby hiking trails so there was a ton of privacy. Appreciated the cute updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Loved the double oven and wish I had the opportunity to make use of it a bit more! The kitchen was stocked with common needed equipment to prepare meals. The giant updated modern tub in the the master was most appreciated after a long day of sight seeing and hiking. It was the best body soaking you could ask for after a long day! Bath salts or bubbles would have been a thoughtful compliment to the amazing tub.

United States of America4 pm check in and 10 am check out is difficult in the winter. An hour earlier check in and an hour later check out would have made a big difference. ** The downstairs bedroom temperatures we hard to manage. One room was HOT and the other was COLD!

United States of AmericaKitchen poorly equipped and damaged pots and pans. Only 1 old skillet. No (stem) glasses for wine. All knives too dull to be useful. Insufficient quantities of trash bags, kitchen paper towels and bathroom soaps. No sanitizing spray or wipes. Dishwasher bottom rack flimsy. Some hair and ants found in downstairs bathroom. Difficult layout of switches for lights. Plugs not working in master and toilet is not isolated from bedroom.
Superb deck. Nice and clean rugs and furniture. Comfortable living room and kitchen area. Great stove and sink. Good Internet and TV. Location is perfect for daily walks and hikes. Close enough to village. Property manager quick to respond.
