The front door frame and door is messed up need new one doesn’t want to lock we had to call someone to help us lock it.

The hurricane guard on the back door was half way down and we couldn't get it to stay up. Potty stains from it being pet friendly was in the master bedroom closet still. We couldn't use that closet due to that.

Beach access was right down the road. An outside shower is available. With the house sitting off the road a bit, it is fairly private and cozy. A grill to use to cookout and plenty of amenities inside the house.

The door was a bit wonky and hard to secure. No outdoor grill. King bed was very firm (some people like firm). No extra pillows. In the main bedroom the air vent blows directly on the bed during the night. Main bedroom closet carpet needs replaced, I did not want to step on it it's gross. If you have pets, there isn't grass at all nearby. Towels and tp were thin.

This property was across the street from the beach/public beach access. It is a cute beach house with washer/dryer and full kitchen. I always want to know what is provided and what do I have to bring/purchase. Granted this visit was off season in May for one week. There is a coffee pot and coffee pod maker. Lots of dishes and pans. I only cooked breakfast. Ice from the refrigerator was adequate. No S&P, coffee filters. Kitchen had a roll of paper towels, two dishwasher pods, small dish soap and sponge. Two packs of laundry detergent. Plenty of bath towels hand and washcloths. Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, small Dove soaps in each bath sink and at the tub (tubs had additional Dove shampoo/conditioner). Liked the night lights and solar ramp lights. Good wifi, liked the ramp to bring up luggage! The neighborhood is a lot of beach houses, not high rises and seems a bit more private and off the beaten path. There is a little foot washing station and outdoor shower. I liked the huge counter in the main bath, I could just put all my stuff out and be done!

1. Communication not great. I asked about a blender and what kind of coffee maker was there. Told there was no blender but there was one. Never got a reply on what kind of coffee maker. 2. Was sent the wrong wifi password twice. 3.. Heating unit is extremely loud in the master bedroom. 4. No Iron or ironing board in the unit. 5. The left sink in the master bathroom would not drain. When I pulled the stopper out, it was covered with hair and filth. 6. Keurig badly needs cleaning; sprayed coffee all over counter every time we made a cup.

This was a beautiful place to stay for our trip. The location is close to the beach. I hope a pool is added to this property real soon. The other houses had their own private pools. Other than that, I would recommend this place to everyone I know!!!

The front door lock and shower pressure

The only thing that I did not like was that the battery in our keypad died, so we were locked outside on the porch for almost two hours at night time . I had two babies, who are 1 and 2 year's of age, so you can imagine how stressful that was to have two very tired and hungry babies stuck outside with all of our belongings, money, and food inside. It took multiple calls before I finally got in contact with the property manager Sherry. But, she was absolutely wonderful once I got ahold to her. She made sure to get someone out to the unit within 10 minutes of our conversation and also compensated us appropriately. She was amazing and I appreciate her helping me and my family out.

I loved how beautiful and clean the home was. I also loved that how close the house was to the beach. The beach was located right across the street and it literally took 5 minutes to get there. The house well well stocked with toiletries, towels etc. and they had cookware galore! They had everything you could possibly think of to cook with in that kitchen.

The beds was not as comfortable as should be. They need a mattress cover they was hard mattress. All the lights didn’t work on the stairs I think maybe 2 did.

I liked the location and cleanliness. Perfect for a small family. All the necessities to get you started. The appliances are all nice and even has a Keurig.
