Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room was not comfortable, the beds were not comfortable and the room was just ok!

The walls were thin and you could hear everything going on outside throughout the night

Old and poorly maintained property. The carpet was filthy and the toilet leaked. And there was no hot water to shower.

The room although cleaned was unclean! The rugs were disgusting and they sprayed enough deodorizer that it was sickening! The staff were helpful but ill equipped as rooms were not ready even by 4:20 pm?
The location was great to the stadium!

Rooms need better cleaning. Toilet was leaking and loose. Shower had a leak, floor was wet. Carpet was very stained in a few places. No telephone, hair dryer or hangers to hang clothes. Gap under door was so big that a snake could slither in. Peep hole on door wasn't there. We had to stuff it with paper towel. Then check out is at 11am but at 9:30am housekeeping unlocked and opened our door. We had top latch closed so, she wasn't able to open door all the way. Complained to front desk but her response was, she's an older woman and got confused. Unacceptable!

Price might be a little high for the room status, maybe the furniture, doors and bathroom looks so old, dusty and bit rusty.
The hotel is very close to the Raymond Stadium as a event venue, everything is at so walking distance and looks so secure to go out at any hour. The bed was clean and soft.

Beds were poor, uncomforatble and outdated. The "pillows' would pass for dog beds. Paint was bubbling and falling off the ceiling during the one night we stayed. Cleanliness was absolutlely the last priority to this management staff. Hair, dirt and dust clouded the bathroom and bed spaces. The adjoining room door didn't seal tight and I had to listen to the neighbors "extracurricular activities" most of the night, at some points they may as well have been in the same room there was no difference.
Desk staff was polite and friendly. Location was convenient adjacent to Raymond James stadium and within 8 minutes from the airport. Nearby attractions convenenet as well.

our mini fridge was broke and couldn’t keep our drinks cold , no trash cans in the room , and also killed two roaches .

it was really dirty, the shower was dripping constantly making the floor soaking wet. no extra towels, stains on beds, splatter on walls. wet chairs.
it was close to where we needed to be but definitely was not worth the money.

The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The toilet would only flush half the time, the faucet in the bathtub was leaking. Rooms need to be painted and updated

Ton of patchwork done for maintenance in the rooms and facilities. Incredible eye sores and leads the imagination to wonder what kind of clientele is staying that requires so many shoddy repairs.
Water was hot, towels were soft, and the linens were bleached white.
