To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomRespected that rooms only got tidied if you ask, but perhaps water and coffee could have been topped up. The team did supply me with extra water when I asked, but if it was done during cleaning times just be that % point better saving an extra trip down to the lobby and back.
Style of the hotel, size of the rooms, attentiveness of the staff. Location was good to access city and wasn't to far a ride from the airport, ticked a lot of boxes

United States of AmericaHappy Hour was out of almost everything from the start. High priced parking as with most Denver hotels. Room would really be too small for two people and luggage.
Useful location for attending DCPA productions. Compact but comfortable room. Close to other amenities. Staff was friendly and interactive.

United States of AmericaThere’s complementary wine at the bar for happy hour but no snacks to go with it. It’s hard to drink with an empty stomach! They also provide complimentary coffee but no tea, cocoa or milk to go with it! The other thing that I thought was awkward was that the person serving the wine asked for an ID when it’s obvious if someone is old enough or not. I’m a senior & didn’t have an ID with me so he asked a bunch of silly questions to see if I knew the answer, which I didn’t, in the end I got the wine!
The property is in a perfect location for the Denver Performing Arts Complex & close to many restaurants. The staff were very pleasant & also gave us a larger room!

Location was ideal for attending an event at Denver performing arts center. It was only a short block walk over to performing center. Valet parking was a plus in the craziness of downtown Denver. Old charming building with great lobby area and restaurant. Bed was super comfy and room was good size for a bit of activity.

United States of AmericaThe room lacked adequate clothing storage. There was a small closet for hanging things and in it were two small drawers. Nowhere near enough capacity for two people for three days. The fan for the heater was excessively loud. The restaurant was a step down from what they had there on our previous visits. What was once one of the best fine dining restaurants in town is now a bar.
The location was perfect for the activities we had planned - fine dining, Denver art museum, live music, and a hockey game at Ball arena, The hotel offers a free town car service which we used. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the service was great.

United States of AmericaThere was nothing to dislike. It was the perfect place to stay downtown for a nice weekend. The only thing I’d improve was the front desk staff didn’t provide our dining credit coupons at check-in (this was taken care of at check-out but would have been missed if I hadn’t paid attention to the bill) and the menu wasn’t exactly updated for room service which was disappointing.
The location was phenomenal. Our bed was comfortable and having the soaking tub and rainfall shower was great.
