You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomDirty - that orange mat need to go - cleaner told us it's because people bring animals in ( I am guessing she means dogs) I asked to be vaccumed. And apparently she doesn't have a vaccume... so god knows when was the last time that was cleaned. Dirty - our socks were black after walking around the flat for a short time. We complained to the management and thank goodness they sent someone to clean the apartment on day 3. ( but then it was 30th Dec when we arrived... so I guess they couldn't have sent anyone sooner.. when new years celebration etc) Dirty kitchen - cooking utentils we're still greasy, one of the cooking spoon still had cooked spaghetti from precious tenant. Master bed - uncomfortable warps into the middle. Sofa bed - had a big gap in between the parts but on night 5, management bought a mattress topper. As long as that stays in the flat, future users should be ok. Tumble dryer - is so loud we can't bare to be in the apartment while it's on. Lack of lifts - sometime can take up to 30 mins to go up or down. Only saving grace is this apartment is on the 25th floor so you can take the lift up and then come back down. Beach facilities - According to the welcome letter from the reception, there are deck chair available on the beach on first come first serve basis, but on the 3 occasions we went to the beach, we couldn't find the service stand... so you will need to bring you own from the apartment . Generally run down - lots of things broken - ie. Sliding door to the housing unit for the washing machine ; lamps ; door handle comes off the door from inside the bathroom ; hair dry is barely working ; no roasting / baking tray, we did to cook oven food on one small frying pan; dishwasher - watch your feet when loading as it topples out of the housing casket ; curtains are falling off the hooks. Scuff marks on walls and doors. The apartment can really do with some TLC
Opposite big Walmart. 10 min walk to the beach. Bus stop not far. Helpful management and are proactive when you complain. Lovely view. But can be noisy from the main road.

Czech RepublicThe furniture has many things to fix (see the pictures). The elevators were overcrowded; we spent 1/2 hour checking out. On the last day, water started to drop from the roof of the restroom. The stove only had one burner working.
Good location near the beach. Great balcony view if you like skyscrapers.
