We drove over 5 hours and were told the pool was closed....then we were told 2 different stories about the pool and the girl at the desk told us we could go back to Arkansas to a water park if we wanted to

The biggest disappointment was the pool. We were not told anything and assumed it was open, we stayed in July so it should have been cleaned and usable. However, there were hoses all over, piles of debris on the pool deck, and looking down from our room we could see it was filthy in the water. Our kids were bummed.

The breakfast was great and we really appreciated that it went until 10 am. The room was very very clean.

The question was ask for customer service that I felt wasn’t the clerk business. Why am I here? (Really) Where should you go on a getaway stay? Every other place gets you on in out and the top that off she calls and says your card didn't go through and all that time it's sitting right in her face approved this lady act as if we weren't welcome are couldn't afford it. I said we can go elsewhere. So a young lady said you don't have to do that. This was on 10/10/2021 around 3:15 pm and we waited 30 more minutes for the room that was supposed to be ready of course she assumed the card would decline. Never ever going back!

I noticed the back gate by the pool was always open and the back door to the pool area was sometimes propped open. There were also people loitering in the parking lot making me feel unsafe when I was in the pool area.

The egg omelets were wonderful but sorry they didn't serve them on Saturday and Sunday. Everything else was good too. Also the housekeeping was very attentive and helpful. The front desk was awesome.

Nothing major, just an older property that is showing it’s age.

Disappointed in the breakfast. Got down there at 7:30 and they didn’t have anything that was said would be available. No eggs, pancake maker wasn’t working.

Location was great, beds and pillows were amazing. Overall stay was perfect!

Check in was easy and the room was perfect. We were traveling with our dogs and the room was great. There was no evidence that this was a pet friendly room. The hotel was great and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area,

Minor complaint of dog hair on the lounge chair and small cleaning improvements could be made to make the property impeccable.

This hotel is misdemeanor and in a great location! It is clean, neat, and the maintenance is fairly well. The staff is extremely helpful.

I did not like the fact that the failed to mention the pool was closed on the website, if I had known I would have chosen a different place too stay.

The pool was closed “indefinitely,” but this was not advertised when booking. We only had 2 towels in a double queen room with 3 adults. There was serious noise that could be heard between rooms especially in the restroom. It was not a bad hotel, but seriously overpriced for the lack of amenities available. I paid $151.00. They should have lowered the price. I will not stay there again. We have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and the Candlewood Suites and we choose one of them next time or Hampton Inn. We travel regularly through Texarkana. The hotel desk staff was very friendly.

The location was next to some good restaurants and the interstate. The room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast could have been better. There wasn't anything to drink and the fruit was not ripe (green bananas).

There really wasn't much to choose from, we had to get breakfast after we left the hotel.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and I had a great impression of how they cater to their guests. The location was nestled where it is accessible to all.
