Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaAlthough I did love the courtyard with the games & chairs, I do wish there was an ending time of use. The rooms aren't exactly sound proof and we could hear everything.
Loved everything. Very quirky and stylish. Exactly what I look for in hotel stays. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the court yard. The bed was so comfortable and the cool fridge was stocked with goodies.

United States of AmericaNothing major, but slippers or flip flops would have been nice addition after swimming in the pool, especially since my room had hard floors. Also, I think having an ice machine would've been easier to grab ice, rather than ice bags. Nonetheless, this place is still lovely.
This place is incredible. I wanted a place to stay in the path of totality for the Solar Eclipse, and this place happened to be in a very convenient location. It's a short walk to the Irving Convention center station, which I took the Orange to and from DFW airport and Downtown Dallas. It's also very close to Lake Carolyn/Urban Center Walk, which is very beautiful to take an evening stroll alongside. The Irving Convention Center is across the street, so the location couldn't be any better if you're in town for an event located there. The amenities were lovely. I extended my stay for an extra two hours so I can enjoy the swimming pool and eclipse totality without the extra stress, and I'm so glad I did. It was a very nice gesture for the hotel to provide solar eclipse glasses for people who didn't have one, or had a fake pair. The pool wasn't too large, but when I swam before noon, I pretty much had the pool to myself, since everyone else was sitting in the lounge chairs. They have an outdoor lounge area with plenty of activities to keep you entertained- a bonfire, bean bag toss, and connect four. The breakfast was delicious at the Two Mules Cantina. It was a nice touch for guests to enjoy self-serve complimentary coffee in the restaurant. There was a great selection of snacks and drinks available to purchase in the room. There were many drinks in the Smeg fridge, however, it wasn't a problem for me, since there was still room to put my food and drinks in there due to its large size. The bed is very comfortable and has ample amount of USB ports and outlets on both sides of the bed. The TV had a good amount of channel selections. The shower was massive - there's a built-in bench in there! I really appreciate that they provided hand soap to wash your hands. Surprisingly, not many hotels do that. The body care products smelt lovely, and I love how it didn't have any parabens or other questionable ingredients in them.

United KingdomWe weren’t aware that the valet parking was being charged. We don’t mind paying but would have liked to have been told as we were met with a bill at the end that we didn’t expect.
The ambience, the staff, it was a really love stay and we will be back

United States of AmericaThis hotel is beautiful, and it's a nice break from more boring, corporate-feeling hotels. The location is perfect if you're going to an event at the Toyota Music Factory. Our room was large and comfortable with lots of amenities. The restaurant is excellent; definitely try the chilaquiles and the homemade salsa. I only wish the bar was open a little later because the bartender was awesome!

United States of AmericaPool was not usable
I've stayed here a couple of times and really like it with the full size vintage refrigerator in the room. The courtyard all the rooms overlook is okay, but the pool was being serviced while I was there. I only wanted to cold plunge but I did miss it.

United States of AmericaLiked the restaurant but they weren't accommodating to our group even though I talked to them ahead of time. They could have moved a 2 top over a table or 2 that just sat down, but the waiter didn't want to ask them. He didn't think it was right. We had 10ppl. I said I would ask them, but we then opted to go outside since it was getting frustrating and the waiter was no help! We weren't asking for much. Also, very hard to figure out a hostess stand or where to go for a table. Possibly don't put out quite so many fee-based snacks in room & fridge. Good on one hand, but was over-kill. Maybe make a few complimentary, especially water.
Loved the whole vibe, the decor, the outdoor areas. It was all really nice, clean and fun!

United States of AmericaOur only complaint was that the room was a little too hot and we couldnt get the A/C to get any colder. We were only there for one night so we didn't make a complaint. Other than that this was hands down one of the best hotels that ive ever been to.
The location was great. We were there for a concert and didnt have to get a car to take us anywhere. The venue was right down the street along with lots of places to eat and hangout. We walked everywhere we needed to go and felt very safe.

United States of AmericaThe only thing we didn't like was that we didn't realize the double room. The beds were going to be full size beds. They were really small, especially if you're sharing one with someone. We had 3 people, so someone had to share a bed.
I like that it felt like we were at a resort in a mexico. I didn't feel like we were in the city. Everyone was super friendly, and they had a great snack and drink options in the rooms!

United States of AmericaThe shower pressure was low and the barn door to the bathroom area wasn’t staying in place. There was a charge for every little thing. We “upgraded” our room to have porch chairs but it’s in the front of the room and the AC compressor fans face towards the front area, for all rooms. So, it was so loud and hot to even sit out there. The staff was hit or miss. When we checked in, they were super nice. But during the checkout, the staff was different and could not care less about even looking at us or answering any questions about the merchandise, even after paying the late checkout fee.
Nice property. The room was pretty great and had a good southwest charm to it. Love the appliances there as well. Bed was comfortable. Location is great to walk around in good weather.
