Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There wasn’t very many places to hang towels or clothes to dry.
It was really close to almost everything on the island. Super close walk to the beach and restaurants.

It wasn’t completely renovated, some wall sockets were missing front plates and there was some flooring missing.
The location in relation to the beach and restaurants is amazing!

Noise definitely travels! Anything in the hallway and slamming doors will be noticeable. Still for the pros, this was not a surprise con.
Great location - walking distance to the heart of Tybee and the beach. Nice parking lot and pool area.

The beds were hard for my liking.
The location was perfect, near the main beach and Pier. Lots of local bars and restaurants with 2 breakfast spots that are very close. The staff was excellent, a special shout out to Rita and Pam. They both really made me feel welcome with friendly smiles when coming through the door.

No Breakfast though website states it does...haven't had breakfast since covid so why haven't they updated website??? Walls are very thin...hear folks nextdoor and above you very easily. Hallways are echo funnels of noise for talking, walking, ice machine. Room on backside of property does not hear street/ parking lot traffic.
Staff very friendly and kind. Room size is generous, new linens always available. Proximity to downtown tybee and beach is great... Don't hear street and parking lot noise from backside of property.

The hotel informs guests about this, and it didn't really matter to us, but it is important to keep in mind, that this hotel does not have an elevator which means that you will need to walk up stairs to get to rooms located on the 2nd floor (you also have to carry your luggage up those stairs).
Great location with easy onsite parking. Wonderful staff and great, spacious room & bathroom. Within walking distance of restaurants (including breakfast places).

I have been visiting here for years during the early months. The staff is always nice, generally very clean, and the heated pool was amazing. The only reason I am giving it 8 instead of 10 is a few things: When we went to plug anything into the wall in our room it sparked and the plugs almost shocked us. We weren’t able to plug anything into those and had to use the side table plugs. Also, I wish they would bring breakfast back. Definitely needs an electrician to take a look at the plugs though. Other than that, they’re top choice to stay in my opinion.

The hotel posted renovated rooms however the renovation must have taken place years ago. Cleanliness was not great, the hallway leading to rooms was very wore carpet you can see the dirt traffics marks and smelled like dog. Our room wasn't terrible could have used a deep clean. Pretty sure there was a dog in there before us since there was fur on the floor. Someone had knocked a hole in the wall and it was patched but never painted. The faucet was spraying water al over the counter instead of sink, front desk did come and fix it kinda.
It was convenient to the beach and the square for shopping and food.

It was pretty dirty. There was something brown splattered on the wall in the bathroom. The floors, especially in the hallway (carpet) were filthy. The shower had some moldy spots. There was a breakfast room but no breakfast. The chairs by the pool were also dirty.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were firm but comfortable for me. The pool was nice and warm (probably about 105°). The location was good except for being on the main drag.
