We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IrelandI had to e-mail after 5 days to get my deposit refunded but I then received it the next day. There is a microwave in the reception area but I wasn't aware of this until the day I checked out.
Lovely big room looking out onto Michigan Avenue. Very comfortable bed and the room was very clean. Right beside all the major shops and near restaurants, take-aways and supermarkets.

Canadano big deals: - room was missing towels when we arrived. - when we asked for hair conditioner, zip ties for luggage or a corkscrew to borrow when the bar was closed, reception couldn't provide any - my room was close to the elevator, so I woke up a few times with its door dinging
Extremely well located. Very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower, excellent air conditioning and heating system, room was well maintained. I managed to sleep well, which is not something I say too often. Excellent service of luggage storage on our last day, easy and free of charge!

SwedenWhen we arrived the bedroom was very chilly as the aircondition was on. We turned it off but it didn't get any better. We were freezing a lot in the beginning and had to sleep with some clothes on. Then we tried to turn the aircondition on and increase the temperature. It took a whole day to warm up the room but in the evening it was finally warm and cozy. It is bad that one has to pay for watching TV, this is usually free.
We got a very nice small suite, not only a room. This was over expectation! The view from our suite over Michigan Avenue was amazing! I liked the shower, it had really hot water which I needed as it was very cold both outdoors and indoors at the hotel. Great to have a small fridge and a coffee-/teamaker in the room. Comfortable beds. Very quiet! Internet worked without any problems with the free wifi.

United States of AmericaHousekeeping seemed to be iffy. We arrived with only a set of towels for one person. Called down and they informed us housekeeping was gone for the day and we needed to get it at the front desk which is not a big deal. The other days housekeeping would remove the used towels but not replenish the bath towels or bath mat (though they provided new hand towels). Same with coffees. We felt bad always having to stop by the front desk asking for things. Also with our room, the bathroom mirror was cracked and one of the window blinds was broken. We immediately called the front desk to inform them. Not to switch rooms but so they wouldn't have a reason to retain the incidental fee (which is $60/night). I had a feeling the person on the phone didn't really make a note of it so we visited the front desk the following day and low and behold there was no note of our previous reporting. Lastly as other reviews have stated, they do not provide a real blanket. We were able to request one so again not a big deal. Just not sure why they don't keep a blanket in the closet. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
Location was great. Not too far of a walk to the main tourist activities down by the Riverwalk. Dead smack in the shopping district. Love how historic the hotel is and the price cannot be beat

IndiaThe security deposit was refunded after 28 days instead of 14 days (which is the usual duration specified by the hotel), but the hotel did stay in touch throughout and replied to all my messages in time.
I stayed at the Warwick Allerton Hotel for seven days. I was very satisfied with my stay there. The location of the hotel is excellent, and I was able to travel easily to other parts of Chicago. It's also very easy to get here from the airport, even if one uses public transport only. The staff were both helpful and courteous. My room had all the facilities and accessories listed in the booking, and it was quite comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

That man should not be in hospitality with that attitude. We were very polite with him in our interactions and he was just unpleasant. He made it seem like we were an inconvenience to him and barely would acknowledge us.
