No full length mirror, bathroom light kept going off , no fridge, very basic, room location was inner back location dark (like mole lived there), room like a freezer, could not regulate moderate temp. and pillows / mattress, compared to holiday inn express we stayed at in st louis just days before for 1/3 the price

There was no breakfast, and could not understand why food service was not available, usually there is some mention of food service / menu within the room. there was just coffee in the the room, nothing else to eat. a few chocolates or nuts placed in the room should be good for munching. Cost was a bit high

Location, bed, room,, everything was good. The services that they provide are really nice. very nice location. the higher rent that you pay is covered up by the fact that you can walk anywhere as a tourist, without the need to spend on transprt

Stayed in a 'superior suite' and the bedroom stayed fairly cool at night, but the main room with the sofa bed seemed to stay warmer. Had to ask for sheets for sofa bed and the man at the desk (Gerald?) had a bit of an attitude, even at check-in. Lots of noise pollution from inside our room (even on the 22nd floor.) Could hear people talking in the hallways and of course the ambulances outside.

Location was perfect. Room had great view of the city. Bed was moderately comfortable and bedroom was roomy. Daily housekeeping was also nice to have.

The rooms were smaller than imagined. We liked having coffee in the room. You had to ask explicitly for tea every day as it does not come in the package.

Traffic noise. No restaurant or food accommodations.

There was a lot of traffic noise and sirens because our room was street side and close to a hospital. Room and hallways were small but clean. Good elevator access and function. Close to everything in town. Fun town to visit and would stay again in the hotel.

There was no DND sign for the room; when we asked front desk they said to just let them know. Even when we did housekeeping would knock at 9am waking us up (even on check out day). Was a bit annoying when we were on vacation and wanted to sleep in.

The room and bathroom were small. The bathroom had no conditioner and the bathtub was small. I think the room price was expensive for such a small room.

The location was excellent, the hotel is within walking distance of many tourist sites. The bed was really comfortable and clean. Finally, the bathroom was clean too.

It's an old hotel so some rooms are a bit damp and smelly. Nothing very uncomfortable, just quite old.

The only thing I didn't like, were the elevators, as didn't know which ones to take to get all the way to the main entrance, and not the lobby, it wasn't clear in the signs.

Perfect location, clean, quiet and huge room, comfortable bed. Good value considering the average price of hotels in the area.
