Bar at Alpenhof is nice. I didn't eat in their restaurant.

Location is fantastic! This is the closest hotel to the Tram and is very handy to the other lifts. Alpenhoff Hotel has just been acquired by the Snake River Lodge which is located next door. Good buffet was available by walking next door.

This is an old property (doors that need to be locked with actual keys) that has not been updated. No creature comforts of most modern hotel such as mini fridge, or place to charge phone or computer. Hot tub could use an update as well. Reportedly, the hotel is about to undergo major renovation.

Location in Teton Village is perfect, walk out to Tram or other lifts. Hotel is quiet, staff were pleasant. Look

Free Breakfast off the menu was great. Liked the coffee and the restaurant on site. Needed a refrigerator for cold stuff and they brought one to our friends room.

Breakfast. When I booked this hotel in April, it indicated clearly the breakfast was buffet which looks quite good from the pictures (the pictures are still on Booking in August). That’s the reason why I booked here. My wife and I used to have two meals during vacation. So we need brunch portion. But when we arrived, breakfast became a very simple menu with very limited selections. “Limited” means very short list and anything with smoked salmon were out of stock. Moreover, only one order of one item for each person. And the portion is small. We were then told the breakfast changed just about two weeks ago. No notifications, no information changed on booking, no apologies. Oh, I almost forgot, the service in the restaurant is really bad. It takes forever to get your coffee and the tea spoon. Looks like they are more likely to serve the external customers would “pay with tips” first rather than the “sign and leave” staying customers like us.

The cost. Alpenhof is not alone -- all properties at Teton Village are hugely overpriced.

The room did not offer very many outlets to charge electronics. The breakfast was ok. The waiter told my husband they were out of orange juice and another couple that came after us was served orange juice. Some of the items on the menu were not available.

The room was lovely decorated. There was a pool and hot tub which was wonderful after a day of hiking. The front desk staff called the bellman as we were checking in. There was a complimentary breakfast that was ordered off the menu not a typical continental breakfast.

The dining room opened for breakfast at 7:30am which was a problem for the days we wanted to start hiking earlier. They provided no earlier take-out option. The rooms do not have a fridge or microwave.

The sit down breakfast with crepes and waffles was excellent. The Swiss Old World charm is readily apparent. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. This was a vacation with 3 generations and staying in Teton Village gave us a perfect base for a variety of activities.

although you pay a high amount, tips are not included and you must pay more for each help/service. Employees are good and need to be paid better. The place is isolated, if you need food delivery it's hard to find.

Nothing. As of 3/31/2023 their online dinner menu is broken and only shows fondue for two. They have many more unique and delicious items available at a great price.

I really liked the location and proximity to the slopes. The Alpenhof offers a unique menu of very well made items, and at a great price relative to what's otherwise available around town. The included breakfast includes many substantial items that will keep you going until dinner time.

The dark room. Need brighter bulbs

Location was great for skiers and people who prefer fewer shops and oeople. Due to a road closing it added 20 extra minutes to the parks. The hotel was quaint, clean, and offered in room wood burning fireplaces.
