A handicapped room without a walk in shower is not good. I could not shower. The bathroom lacked a place to put my personal items.

The front desk clerk didn’t seem to care about us. He issued room keys that didn’t work but never apologized. We asked for linens for the pull out sofa. He said he would try to find some but never did. My wife had to go to the front desk and retrieve them herself

Room 203 was fair .. needs updating. One chair to sit on for a 2 bed room. Bathroom toilet needs to be upgraded .. too low. Hand soap needs to be provided as one of the amenities.

Breakfast served weekends only. We did not get breakfast on Monday morning. Location excellent.

The furniture was not in particularly good condition and in need of updating . A comfortable chair or love seat would be nice to have . Bedside lighting was not adequate for reading in bed .

The parking is very limited to maybe 13 spots and it's valet, $. After 6pm you're parking your car yourself and still being charged. The bathroom during my stay had a previous leak in the ceiling that looks nasty. It looks like it's about to come down again.

It was close enough for traveling to friends and family. The beds were very comfortable, all in all a clean room.

This is not my first time at this hotel. I was sorry to realize the deterioration in the room service, cleanliness. The room service was bad, the continental breakfast was poor, there was one day they even didn’t put a tea spoon for coffee. When I remarked that the orange juice was finished the answer was: You have to cope with this.

The front desk staff was very helpful, Willie, the concierge, was very helpful The hotel is situated conveniently.

No self parking, promises a boutique hotel experience. Delivers a run-down one. Promises breakfast - worst I’ve ever seen. Noisy a/c. Bathroom cabinets had peeling. For the price this was a real disappointment.

The chic is missing in Shabby Chic. When you pay premium $$$ in a nice neighborhood, on an event weekend, (KP Graduation), your expectations leads to an air of promise, comfort. Dirty windows in lobby. Poor lighting in halls, worn carpeting. Most inexcusable, and easily rectified, is the failure of the desk to inform the guests that coffee & juices were available on the floor above. (We stayed 4 nights, who knew!). Suppose it had something to do with a few locals who made the lobby their own.

The location to walkable little neighborhood, enjoyable, safe & invaluable. Local cuisine, wonderful.A great park for afternoon leisure, as room was not accommodating, nor was the lobby. (We were at a KP event weekend). Nicer bathroom, for the tired, humble room. Great water pressure, comfortable bed. Parking was available, but most always on a street, usually in view from the lobby.

We assumed a room at that price would have a fridge for drinks and leftovers. But no. Bathrooms need a major overhaul. Parking a major issue which we did not know ahead of time.

We appreciate the lengths Willie went to to make our stay comfortable. We were there for the Westminster Dog Show. The hotel is in need of a major rehab.

very noisy as room over car park. floorboards in room we’re warped so needed shoes on to walk in your room. Had to request clean towels and coffee as these were not replaced. supposed to be complimentary breakfast, robes etc on hotel description but this was not an option
