Because there was not a physical front desk to do the check in, took us a little time to contact them for some issues at the moment of doing the online check in. Also the walls are not well insulated so you can get some noises from outside or other rooms.

The property was close to downtown and the touristics places and the room was very confortable.

The hot water ran out in less than 2 minutes! There was a swarm of ants on the desk even tho there was no food there.

It was very loud outside during weekend nights (Friday, Saturday). Seemed like some really big partys going on in the neighbourhood. The hotel provided earplugs, but it of course is nicer not having to use them. There is also a kettle mentioned here as one of the appliances, there's no kettle in the room. There's a capsule coffee maker that you could use for making 'warm' water but it has a coffee taste afterwards.

Room was small and there is no toilet door, just a curtain. Some couples might be okay, but even then the bed faces the toilet bowl so that's a little weird.

Check-in process was good, communications were helpful and clear. Location is close enough to downtown with a car, and has free parking at night. At the same time it's in a somewhat quiet suburb which was good for sleep.

Room wasn't configurated as I selected and the hotel accepted. We choose 2 king size beds and we had 1 king and 2 single beds.

There was a loud party right across the street on Saturday night. If you want to have a quiet vacation, look somewhere else. Parking space was difficult to get out of.

The cleaning staff was super loud, yelling back and forth in the hall while we were still sleeping. There was trash all over the front of the building and it was a converted house, not a hotel as expected. No microwave and the hot pot provided had mold all over it.

The bathroom door would not close and was making a really bad noise. Also, when flushing the toilet a very noisy fan would start as well, waking us up every time we used the toiled during the night...

We had two AMAZING king beds which were soooo comfortable. Walking distance from the city centre.

Noise level was horrific from outside on the weekend. It's across from two bars and they're LOUD on the weekend. With noise and music. It'd be fine if I didn't have to get up early to work on the weekend. But I do. Also there's no warning of if your room involves stairs. Which are super narrow. It's impossible to haul large heavy luggages up those if you're small.

Very unique. Great location. Artistically decorated in fun ways.
