Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

We had a busy schedule and wanted to unwind when we got back to the hotel, we went done to have a drink and unfortunately the bar closed early, Due to that we were unable to use our vouchers given to us. Hopefully when we go back in a couple weeks the bar will be open.
This was our second time staying here at Aurora Inn during our visit to see our daughter at Hiram College. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. We went down to the bar on Saturday night to have a drink but I guess they closed early. So we were not able to use our vouchers we had. We will be staying here again in a few weeks. It is a great location. Staff was very friendly during our check in.

The morning desk personnel came off as a bit rude to me where as Peyton was a absolute gem. The location to unload is a bit dangerous with traffic right at your back . Never a fan of HRV for bathrooms as they never keep up with a hot shower
the ambiance and history along with architecture was spectacular. I love the on-site bar and restaurant . I found the room very comfortable and relaxing.

The restaurant on the premises is not always open and on one of the busiest nights for the hotel we had to go elsewhere.
Nice location with a comfortable room and a nice onsite restaurant. There is a big outlet centre within a few minutes drive from the hotel with most well-known brands available.

In wall heater/air conditioner was on/ off to often. Move thermostat into room further.

Everything was FANTASTIC!
This hotel is a GEM that we had never heard of. We have now saved this location and will always stay here on our cross country road trips which we take often. Everything about this hotel was AWESOME. The bed was SUPER COMFORTABLE - I slept like a baby. AMAZINF hotel. I am so glad we found this hotel. Awesome breakfast too!

There was no drinking water provided and phone was not functional to call. Bathroom was not fully clean, there were some long hair on the toilet seat. Room size was really small.

We always chose the Aurora Inn for our local pass through. It is quiet and relaxing for our stop overs. Staff is so pleasant upon check in and through the stay.

Our room had an exceptionally noisy box heater near the bed that roared on after every five glorious minutes of silence. No adjustments to the controls helped. Thus it was not a solid night's sleep for us. Other rooms may be different.
It's a very calm and pleasant facility with a blazing fire in the cozy and friendly bar/restaurant. It's a very unique hotel with strong local flavor and comfort. Lovely and friendly staff. The breakfast was relaxed and plentiful.

I was disappointed when I found out the upgrade wasn't as expected. The room itself didn't have a sauna, or washing machine. It should be stated that these are communal not private as thought.
I was recently in the area and looking for a place to stay. This was only about 10 minutes away and was priced decent.. According to booking I had an upgrade to deluxe room. Deluxe King Room Guests will have a special experience as this double room features a sauna. Offering free toiletries and bathrobes, this double room includes a private bathroom with a bath, a shower and a hairdryer. The double room offers air conditioning, a washing machine, a private entrance, a tea and coffee maker and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The unit offers 1 bed.

The refrigerator in the room was really noisy.
The staff was amazing. Laura, at the front desk was really helpful, friendly, and accommodating. She was very welcoming when we arrived, answered our questions, and helped us through a difficult situation.
