This hotel is very clean with all of the amenities to make for a comfortable stay. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that you have an exceptional experience. Housekeeping is always cheerful, and anxious to provide for our needs. Though the times were booked full for Easter weekend, the tea party is the most adorable setup. Personally I am anxious to return with my preschooler just for that. The grounds are nice, and the balconies offer the perfect place to take it all in or just enjoy a quiet read. After a bit of a mixup, I was able to see the professionalism in management that justifies its stars. It’s not about the stay, its about the experience. In short the Ballantyne is not just a hotel, it is a place to retreat, relax, and receive a much needed pampering, whatever your reason may be. I 100% Recommend, and I cannot wait to return.

I didnt like that you had to pay for the little snacks in the room, I feel like for the price SOMETHING, anything, even a bottled water, should come with tje room 😂.

I loved the warm welcome I received. I celebrated my 30th birthday this weekend, and received chocolate covered strawberries and a handwritten (my favorite) birthday note! I loved the jacuzzi like bathtub. I had an amazing view. All interactions with staff were pleasant. 10/10

Would’ve loved to have a fridge and microwave in the room. When we asked about a microwave, we were told it would be $15 for them to bring us one to our room. We thought that was ridiculous, so didn’t do it. They said the pool was heated but it didn’t feel like it. Didn’t bother me but my wife didn’t get in.

Beautiful property and loved the location. Close to lots of great restaurants. The spa was incredible and we loved the whirlpool.

Staff. Front desk was not very friendly and unwelcoming. House keeping knocked on our door at 11am when we were getting ready, she was asking what time are we checking out when the checkout time is at 12pm.

Having to pay extra for a refrigerator when there is one in the room. The cost of the room itself was not cheap and to charge for everything extra was ridiculous.

From the time we pulled up to get checked in and then departure day the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The facility was very clean and the location was excellent.

I wish the pool was heated but the spa was great :). Also I couldn’t get the alarm clock to stop going off at 6am each day but I never tried hard enough to figure it out so maybe it’s simple.

Beautiful, easy to get to your room, great parking, smelled nice going inside, loved the Christmas tree and the flowers when you first enter, check-in was simple and the staff was wonderful. The bathroom was really nice and I loved the big tub.

We did have a little guest (roach, the palmetto bug size) in our room that a staff person had to come and remove for us. It was a bit surprising how nonchalant everyone seemed about it. Saw another one in the hallway the next morning. Never heard from management with any kind of apologies which was odd.

Overall everything was very nice. My friend and I enjoyed our time. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. Sampled whiskey and other cocktails. All of the staff were over the top amazing!

We always love the Ballantyne. It is a sweet little getaway from where we live. The hotel itself is beautiful, the attached restaurant is reliably good, and the pool with full service and bar is not to be missed!
