Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaI didn't realize there was breakfast. No one told us, and I didn't remember seeing it offered. Also, you would think for $430 a night, the toilet paper would be a little better quality.

United States of AmericaHilton had recently taken over the property and my reservation was lost. They were able to give me a room. I had an issue with the bill at check out. My original booking included breakfast. The new management only gave a $15 credit for breakfast . You couldn’t get breakfast for $15. Had to negotiate at check out.
The hotel location was wonderful. Walking distance from so many places. The room was clean and modern. The hotel bar and restaurant were very nice. The servers were very attentive

United States of AmericaWhy have ice buckets when there are no ice machines? Also- the fridge in the room isn’t equipped to hold food. It only holds ~4 20 oz soda bottles, and it doesn’t even chill them much. It’s totally useless if you’re staying a few days and you want to keep food or leftovers. The downstairs restaurant is good, but really pricy. Lastly, they have valet parking, which is great. But it took over 30 minutes to retrieve my car in the morning when I was leaving.
Great location. Helpful staff.

United States of AmericaDue to construction accessibility was limited to the hotel by vehicle. They do offer valet parking, but if you wanted to find cheaper parking, it was within walking distance. You just had to carry all your belongings with you.
The staff was great, very friendly, and informative. Rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere we needed or wanted to go.

United States of AmericaThe road work around the building was terrible. There was a homeless man cussing and screaming outside the building. He tore up the hotel flowers and broke bottles. That was unsettling. I was also overcharged on my card due to the merge of Hilton
The hotel was nice, room clean. Loved the shower. DeCarlo in accounting was wonderful. It took a week to get to the correct department, and he called me on a Sunday to help fix my overcharged card!! He was so helpful!!!

CanadaThe hotel did not communicate that you could not enter the front of the hotel because of road construction. Our Uber driver drove in circles until we phoned and they gave us an alternate address. Even then there was no identifying signage. Use Black Rabbit restaurant as an address. The happy hour is a joke. Wine for $12 a glass, maybe a dollar off. Why bother?
wonderful property close to the action but far from the noise and chaos of honky tonk row. Room was large and comfy with a modern design.
