The room didn't have a kettle, only coffee maker. This room was at end of the hall, window facing O'Farrell St which got traffic noise *should highlight and discount these rooms (eg. Such as when you go to a concert, and pay less for limited view seats)

Great central location! Cable car at doorstep, buses, F line, and BART transport within few minutes walk. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean.

The double bed rooms are quite small, the bathroom is super tiny, it isn’t a deal breaker for me since we didn’t spend time in the room, but just a FYI.

The location of this hotel it’s absolutely amazing, it has a lot to see around and it’s connected to a lot of public transportation. I would definitely stay here again.

Not all of the rooms had desk spaces. I didn't think to request one because I have never stayed in a Hilton hotel room that didn't have a desk space. My first allocated room didn't but the staff helped me find a good one. Free Wifi wasn't quite fast enough for my needs so had to upgrade.

Location was perfect for the Moscone convention center. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were brilliant, friendly and helped me find a room that suited my needs.

Would have preferred a better view from the room. Parking was around the block, and have to walk. Loading the luggage's was a bit inconvenient.

Location was great. The room view was disappointing. Bed were comfy! The TV screen played a customized message welcoming our stay. That was cool! Free hot chocolate / Apple cider was great too.

Noise at night was sometimes annoying but nothing I couldn't sleep through. I ordered a takeaway and couldn't get it in my room so had to go downstairs that was a bit of a hassle but I guess fair.

Room was clean and comfortable but I was quite cold and the staff gave me a little space heater.. Location is good but still very close to tenderloin. Free water and tea was available at reception.

Great location. Near bart powell station and restaurants. Can request for late check out until 1pm. Can store luggage until you are ready to leave.

Hot water non existent in showers in both rooms on first night of stay. Hotel advised to run shower for 10-15 minutes for hot water to arrive which worked for the remainder of our stay

There was a problem with our booking in that we had two rooms booked and confirmed by Booking.com but on arrival, only one room was booked. The reception staff managed to find a room which was ok to sleep in but didn't have the basic stuff we expected - ie. in-room bar fridge, desk or table to work at, the coffee machine didn't work and the shower was at best luke warm. We requested a change in the room which really required me being insistent and dealing with several people. In the end we got a better room but it was all a bit of a hassle

The hotel had a lot of homeless people around it. It did not appear safe to be around at night. When we left to go to the airport found a woman strung out on drugs walking the hallway and then in the elevator. Could not turn off the fan and the AC in the room. The AC unit was very loud.

The bed and linen, bathroom products were good.

The corridor was dark and scary. There was no direction for the elevator. There was a stink everywhere inside the hotel. I preferred a corner room with good view - however that was road facing with lots of noise. There was some used tissue kept on the tissue box. The body lotion bottle was half filled - I wouldn't mind if not provided . The worst was the shower - the water flow rate was too low for bathing and absolutely no control over hot / cold flow.

The location is excellent . The room was not really very big and old fashioned , yet contained all the required amenities - starting from AC, heater , fan , fridge , coffee machine , toiletries, towels, press board , press, locker. table , chair , etc . It is really good for a single person

Restaurant menu is quite boring vs what showing on the website There is no water boiling machine in the room.

The union square area is not what it was a decade ago, like most cities now it's just homeless and tourists, however still a convenient location. Windows faced in to a dark atrium didn't bother me but just FYI,

Staff were very helpful, I arrived very early from Aus and they helped me out. It's a nice remake of an old hotel everything you need in style but affordable. Location is very central and it was quiet despite being in city.

Extremely noisy at night due to bars and cable cars. Room fan and light kept turning on by itself during the day and night. Huge issue with taking room payments twice, but this was a booking.com issue. Its been over a week and I’m still waiting on a refund

The room didn't have windows to the street. It was fine since I was not in the room during the day but the picture of the room in the booking had proper windows.
