The entire property was beautiful. It was incredibly peaceful and my daughter was playing on the little playground every chance she got. Very well thought out and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay to the fullest. We've already told friends and family about this place so they can book it when they come to visit!

The house was very comfortable but the heater / AC unit was a bit disruptive at night.

Location was central to activities in Spokane, in a nice quiet neighborhood with off-street parking, a beautiful yard and plenty of privacy. Hosts were very easy to work with and though it was small, the kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals during our stay. The house was very clean.

There really isn’t anything I did not like.

This was a great place for a getaway. It was easy to find and access. It is located in a very quiet area and close to great hiking trails, restaurants and activities. Everything about The Base Camp met all of our expectations. The hosts are incredible. They were easy to contact and they made sure we had everything we needed. There is much more I could say, but I think you should come experience it for yourself. It is definitely a place we will book as often as possible.

If I had been staying longer, I would have preferred a bureau vs cubbies. Not really a deal breaker though.

The property is beautiful. We were attending a concert at the fair so the location was perfect (Lyft). Appreciated the private driveway with a gate. We enjoyed drinks outside in the lawn chairs...hard to believe you're in the middle of town ...very serene. The hosts are attentive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay y'all!

The lighting was a bit awkward. Most of it was bright & harsh overhead lighting. It wasn't ideal for hanging out late at night before bed. Some optional dimmer mood lighting (especially in the living room) would be a nice addition & make it more comfortable.

It was a great little tiny house. The private parking spot in the gated driveway was nice as well. We enjoyed our stay & would stay here again.

The house was perfectly situated back away from the street and secluded. Super safe and secure with a gated driveway. This was THE MOST adorable place. Huge lawn, cozy atmosphere, super comfortable bed, great living space complete with wine, beer and coffee in the morning. It was a short, unexpected stay but couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the night. Felt fully relaxed and refreshed in the morning. The hosts provided everything I needed for a smooth self check in and all the amenities you could ask for!! Will definitely book again.

The bed frame was squeaky when I rolled over.

The location, view and access was great. Wifi worked seamlessly so I could log onto work meetings. Communication with the hosts was phenomenal.

I was a little worried about how much privacy we would have when we were driving through the neighborhood to get there, but this property is very large and we had lots of privacy and felt very comfortable coming and going from the property.

It fit our family of 2 adults and a teenager perfectly! It was a great space, well stocked kitchen, clean and quiet. A peaceful yard to have a glass of wine in the evening and a coffee in the morning!

It was very quaint and comfortable. Close to town and very clean. It was located behind owner's home, but it still felt very private. A/C works PHENOMENAL. Bonus was the cute little playground located right by entrance that my daughter LOVED

This is a nice little get away! Clean and quiet, and the perfect place to work or write a book!  it felt like I was camping in a cabin in the woods yet it was right in town!  I also like that my car was able to be parked inside the fenced driveway.

It was very small, as described. With the couch made into a bed, there wasn't much floor space but it did work for our family.

The property was exactly as described and suited our needs. My kids loved playing in the grass and on the play structure.
