If there was a way to get fresh towels would've been great - 8 towels for 4 adults & 2 children for a week was crazy. If there was a way we couldn't find it.

Being able to just walk out the back door & walk right out on the beach was fantastic. Sitting out on the balcony watching the sunset & listening to the waves was a capper way to end the day.

-The gate was not given our vehicle plate number so we had to call Vasca to inform gate of same so that we could go through. I had previously given all the info prior to our arrival. -The light bulbs were yellow and dull. Could use changing. -I called to see if a washer/dryer was included and was told the immensities didn’t list one so it was not included. When we got to the condo it did indeed have a washer/dryer. List needs to be updated.

-was convenient to beach and pool -was clean and neat and included all needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. -loved that it had not only 3 bedrooms BUT a bathroom for each bedroom

Didn’t like our outside balcony. Not inviting to eat outside. Table up against the wall and dirty. Towels in condo were old and not soft. Hurt especially on sunburn. 😊

Not clean my room and the appliances were dated The coffee pot was real dirty. I spent 30minutes cleaning it and it didn't brew correctly. I had to go to the store and buy instant

I wasn't able to use the indoor pool. I felt misled because Vasca didn't advise me the owners didn't pay for the access. So I couldn't even buy a day pass

Not able to use all the amenities that were listed due to owner not being a member. No where in advertising did it say that we would not be able to use. The amenities were why we rented it, because it was out by its self with nothing else to do. Condo was nice, spacious, and clean. But a let down because of the out of way and not able to use amenities. Children playground also was out of commission.

Booking.com advertised on the pictures that guests had access to a gym, indoor pool, and spa, clubhouse pool and arcade. That was not the cade even though there were clear pictures on your site false advertising. We were not allowed to use these amenities since the condo owner was not a member. I had packed my work out clothes and fully intended to work out every morning but I wasn’t allowed to use the gym. There were two very windy days due to Hurricane Ian coming to Florida where it was too windy to be on the beach or outdoor pool. Access to the indoor pool and arcade for the kids was denied. Also the tv in the master bedroom didn’t work for a night. A member fixed it the next day but I still was only able to watch regular tv channels and the living room tv had streaming to Netflix, Peacock, Disney Plus and HBO but the tv in the master bedroom couldn’t connect to wifi the entire four days so we didn’t have these capabilities to view anything other than regular tv channels and that was only after the first night. Also the living room tvs had adult password protection on Netflix but it was never shared with us. While it was great when the kids were awake they couldn’t watch anything over pg13. However when they were in bed sleeping we didn’t have want to be subjected to cartoons and Disney movies while drinking our wine. When I complained to Booking about the access issues to the amenities they placed blame on Vacasa vacation homes. Vacasa told us to take it up with booking since they had the pictures on their site. Vacasa did comp us but I feel like booking should own their advertising mistake and offer money or a credit back.

The cleanliness of the rooms, nicely decorated, loved the full kitchen and the views were breathtaking.

It was quite a bit of a drive to get into “town” to get to the stores, gas stations, food, activities, etc. On the bathroom rug there was feces dried on it. We did wash it and then that’s when we realized how filthy the other one was. We were under the impression there was going to be a bed in the sofa and there wasn’t so we had to go out and buy an air mattress.

Restaurants and bar close way to early. Nothing open past 6 pm on a Sunday for 15 Miles. The distance from the rooms to the village food and shopping is quite the long walk. No shuttle option. One elevator in our building was down for 5 days so that slowed down getting up and down. Nothing in the kitchen to clean up with but packed full of dishes. We had to buy all soaps to clean with paper towels trash bags etc at the store to be able to use our kitchen. No staff unless it was at a restaurant for help if needed.

The room was absolutely wonderful. Very clean and comfy for the whole family. Beautiful scenery. Clean beach and good pool options for all ages. Location was close to the city of gulf shores but far enough away to miss all the chaos and traffic.

the room still had sand all over the condo and the balcony didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. Sticky and dirty! On top of that, we were not made aware that our condo didn’t have a membership to the beach clubhouse and spa so we were unable to use the indoor heated pool, gym or sauna.

We couldn’t get the dishwasher to work. I had called the office to report the problem and was told someone would come out. We figured out and it started running. I called the office back and canceled the work order. However, when we were leaving we tried to turn it on, it never came on.

I was very frustrated with the Vacasa local team. We had several issues and were told that the local team would contact us. We never were contacted even after trying the numbers given several times. We had to pay extra to use the indoor pool. We even asked about this before we left and were told it was included in our trip. When I called to talk to the local representative we were told they would get back to us but never did. We also had a safety concern about the bunk bed. Again this issue was never addressed. The property was very nice but I will never travel with the Vacasa company again. The local team never got back to us even after multiple attempts with many different numbers.

nothing. since no one would get back to us, we had 7 people in our party (that I paid a lot for) and had 2 beds. no one would get back to me about anything. passing the buck. dirty hand prints on doors. nasty appliances. busted microwave horrible experience

The unit itself was disgusting. Items were left from past guests and the floors felt like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. The furniture inside and out was falling apart. The carpet had stains on it and the dryer had lots of sand in it upon arrival.

I liked the proximity to the ocean. I also liked the on-site shops. The pools were nice with plenty of chairs.

The door from the living room to the balcony DID NOT lock. This was concerning since I had a 5 year old and we were on the 17th floor. I kept that door barricaded at night in case he got up and tried to go out there. The shower in the smaller bathroom DID NOT drain. It was dirty looking in the bathtub so we could not use that shower at all. The jacuzzi tub DID NOT work either.
