Wonderful stay!! Highly recommend!

This place was great right on the beach with multiple places for entertainment of all ages. Walking distance from a grocery store. The room had a full blown kitchen and appliances so we didn't have to leave. Really just enjoying waking up to the beautiful sounds of waves crashing. I'd stay again and recommend to family and friends

On The weekend nights, the parking by our building was taken up by partiers going to the restaurants and bars so we had to park in the main lot further from our room.

The location was great. The staff was helpful and the center family area was a great. Off the street parking.

Our room was a little bit noisy as there is a bar that stays open until late night. Our minibar was also noisy when thermostat turned on. perhaps it is time to renew furniture and some itens, specially telephone and minibar , so that the room looks more modern . We had a problem with the bathtub as water didn’t flow down the drain in an acceptable speed .

Location ! Practically on the sand of Pacific Beach. Also there were Itens for coffee/tea.

Surrounded by bars so it got a little out of control after midnight. Lots of random people around peeing next to cars and anywhere they could hide.

The refrigerator did not have a freezer. Traveling in the car we had frozen packs to keep our food cold, on the trip. And by the time we checked out our freezer packs had defrosted, and our leftovers spoiled. Replacing with ice in it would have melted and made a mess. But that was minor.

Like the affordable location! Being retired I'm on a budget, and this place afforded me a place I could enjoy, like any other expensive place. Appreciated the, staff checking in on my needs.

Everything a bit old, but not a problem for me.

The absolut best location in SD! Apartment was spacious and had everything it needed. Perfect view on the beach and ocean.

Like I said. It’s in a noisy part of town. Lots of music, lots of late night revealers. Then there is the early morning trash pick up. It was a difficult place to get any sleep. Just something to keep in mind if you are planning a trip.

It’s in a noisy part of town so it was a little difficult to get to sleep at night. That’s not the cottages fault but it is something to bear in mind if you are planning a trip. Other than that it was perfect.

It needs a little work on walls maybe change the panel walls and air conditioning in the rooms there was none it was hot and stuffy the sun hit directly into the rooms all day so it was pretty hot

Bars were so loud you can hear them plainly until 2 am. This was not the cottages fault. Next time I will call and select a different building. I loved the stay.

We were not on the beach like I envisioned. We were in a separate building behind a couple of other buildings. You could see the beach from the balcony

The room was spacious with lots of furniture for a large group. Good value. Quiet and peaceful. Super close to the beach. Sliding glass door was a nice feature

There is no air conditioning in the room, but there are fans.

Everything was perfect! The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Just step outside the gate to a beautiful beach, good drinks and food, and shopping.

Our room was right above a bar, so it was a little noisy. And there was often a smell of fried fish outside our room. These didn't really bother us too much, just minor annoyances.

The location was great, very close to the beach and food. The check in and out process was very convenient. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.
