Our floor was swept but not mopped which led to dirty feet and socks. 😜

The staff was great! Our air-conditioner wasn’t working and they got us one that was. It’s kept up very well and they are making timely improvements.

Nothing negative to add.

Oceanfront. Affordable. Clean. Well cared for. Although an older property, they take pride in keeping things clean. Lovely deck with sparkly lights hanging overhead. Linens smelled clean; like lavender. Fresh paint. There were workers replacing wood 2x4s on deck & stairs. And the ferns were a nice touch. Lorna was quick to respond & assist.

Ocean front. Small, clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and plenty of fluffy pillows. Self checkin. Winter stay at quaint location.

Upon our arrival which was around 5pm the room wasn't ready. The receptionist at the front desk said the room was still being cleaned. The room wasn't properly supplied with towels, wash clothes or toilet paper. We were told someone from housekeeping would bring them, but we never received anything and the housekeeping and front office closed around 6pm. So for 2 people we only had 1 wash cloth, 1 towel and less than half roll of toilet paper. Also, there's no cable access for the TV and we weren't provided with the internet password, but the only way to watch TV is to stream using your own streaming platforms. Parking on the premises very is limited, so if you don't get there early you will have to park off the premises across the street. For $472.00 for 1 night it definitely wasn't worth it.

The trip and the property were almost perfect . However, the refrigerator wasn't clean upon arrival, and neither was the couch in our room.

The location was top tier. We were seconds from the beach and minutes from some great restaurants. My wife and I were very pleased with the location. She wants the exact same room when we come back. We spoke to management about how happy we were. He was a great guy. The staff was great.

Cons: Upon entering my room I found that the floor was still covered in sand. The shower was also covered in sand and didn’t appear to have been cleaned. The sheets were super scratchy and not very comfortable. The pool was cloudy.

Pros: Courtney at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Loved the rocking chairs on the balcony, the shower to wash off after the beach, and the convenient location. Nice size tv in the room.

The staff didn't clean the room (and pile of sand on the floor after we swept it up, something spilled on the floor and that wasn't cleaned up, we found Doritos on the floor and a empty water bottle behind the night stand) and didn't replace the toilet paper or take out the trash. We contacted the office, and they did come deliver toilet paper, and after several calls to the main office, the manager offered a $100 refund.

The room was a nice size, updated, and right on the beach.

Broken ice maker in the fridge. Water dripping on the floor from the air conditioner unit when we arrived. Air conditioner was very loud. Parking was tight. No ramps or elevator to make it easier to bring up luggage etc. No wheel chair access.

The location and a lot of things were within walking distance (i.e. restaurant, board walk etc.).

We couldn’t find the room (Room 205) once we arrived but received an immediate response to our text. The location was perfect facing the ocean, room was small but efficient. Enjoyed the pool and in room coffee!

we texted the number provided as instructed to receive supplies/toiletries for our room multiple times with no luck so we eventually had to go get them. also our tv was on the fritz couldn’t watch different apps.

Just think on being more customer base even though you are short stay. Everyone dollars counts and being customer base can go along way

I liked the overall stay a suggestion would be to get either better WiFi or a tv provider. I would stay again the only real thing I did not like was when I made my reservation. I had to wait till 5pm to get the my room I do understand staff shortage. I would like to have them say look let me take something off the price. At the end of the stay I received a text reminding me that 11am was check out or I could check out later for a extra fee I was like I did not get that option to get something off when I had to work with them for having to wait till they cleaned my room for me to be able to relax. Hopefully they will fix that and think on that for the future.
