The neighborhood was a little concerning at first but once inside we forgot all about it and realized we were being silly. The room is a standard home bedroom with bath across hall but the value for the money more than made up the very minor dash across the hall.

Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Very comfortable with every detail for a great stay considered (e.g., snacks, great coffee, best TP of our trip). Bubba was a pleasure and a wealth of local knowledge and history. Walking distance to several restaurants.

Our host and hostess, Bubba and Debbie, were very hospitable.. The room accommodations were impeccable - every creature comfort was considered to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

I probably should have realized that this isn't a traditional 'B&B' and instead you are staying in a room in someone's home. My partner was pretty hesitant once we realized the day we'd be arriving there, but we had a very pleasant stay. Just be aware in case that is not what you are interested in! Other reviews talk about the location being great - it was pretty cold and windy while we were in Page so we didn't walk anywhere and instead drove. The location is fine but I didn't consider it to be as walkable as some other reviewers (just my two cents!)

Bubba and Deb-b were great hosts! So many nice touches that we didn't experience at traditional hotels on our trip - ear plugs and a chocolate on each side of the bed, snacks and bottled water/coffee/tea, plenty of outlets to charge our devices, shades on the windows that have different positions for day/night, information about the area in the form of print outs and pamphlets or picking Bubba's brain on his vast knowledge. The breakfast was awesome - you let Bubba know what you would like the night before and what time. Our omelets were delicious. I booked the king room which has its own entrance into the house and a private bathroom, which worked perfectly for our needs. And the bed was very comfortable - I slept really well. If you're okay with staying at someone's home, this is a great and unique option in Page.

Everything! They have thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay. Bubba knows the area extremely well and can give you recommendations on almost everything. The common area and the breakfasts were wonderful.

Great host with an earnest interest in your enjoyment. Very comfortable King with private bathroom. The Bears Den is also a mini museum with some amazing indigenous artifacts and fossils. Location provides easy access to the surrounding attractions.

Host was super nice, went out of his way making our stay a memorable one. Hope we are able to visit the area again and stay longer. My husband, does not normally express his opinion on our vacation stays, but he loved this B&B and stated the host should teach other B&B's how to operate

The Bear's Den was a great place to stay in Page. We were greeted by the owner, Bubba, and showed around the property. He also answered all our questions about a stay in Page. He has many interesting facts about the area to share. He has had a lot of experience in the tourist industry and can advise you on many areas of interest. The B&B was spotless, well equipped and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and bathroom spotless. breakfast was prepared to order, and nicely presented. We would highly recommend The Bear's Den for a stay in Page.

The breakfast was above and beyond. There were so many choices, it was prepared right on time, while the owner told us more things about the area. We absolutely loved our stay.

Everything, i never i felt a welcome as the owner gave to me and my daughter. We have a lot information available from day one of the booking to the day that we were there. We had the better breakfast during all our trip, i cannot say more as it was perfect.
