Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No extras. No snack room, no lobby seating or tables, no breakfast/lunch place, no bar at pool, the exit at the back used to take you to the casino - security concerns? The room was right above the entrance and vehicles leaving raced their engines upon leaving, waking us up.

Everything was great here. The kitchen was fully stocked. The bed was comfortable. The bathtub was large. Staff was excellent. Short drive to the strip. The area around had plenty of restaurants and stores.

I didn't like the fact that the next day when I inquired at the front desk, where the garbage is placed, I was told I have to take my trash to the floor above or below mines to the garage shute. This is something no one would think to ask when checking in. I am a senior (68 yrs old) and did not want to walk up or down a flight of stairs or get on the elevator with garbage.This is RIDICULOUS for the price paid for the room. Some type of system should be put in place for garbage pickup or the door to the garbage shute should be unlocked on every floor that has a guest. I was able to locate a staff member on my floor who unlocked the door to the garbage shute. Also, the coffee pot in the room uses a pouch, not even a brand name, to make a pot of coffee. Maybe, I don't want a full pot of coffee. I am a coffee drinker and enjoy drinking coffee throughout the day. This is one of the things I look forward to when on vacation. I brought some of my own coffee pod favorite flavors with me with this anticipation in mind. With the pods you have a variety of flavors to enjoy making your own specialty coffee. I did make the pouch coffee, which wasn't that good, so every morning I went in search of coffee. Thank goodness there is a Starbucks in the casino next door, but what an inconvenience!
Very roomy and very clean. Next door to a variety of places to eat and shop at the casino next door. Not that far from the strip and free parking. I would consider staying at this location again, now that I know what to ask at check-in.

You guys need a little shop to buy every day needs like over the counter meds, soda, munchies, etc
We love it here! Very clean and comfortable rooms with big deep bathtubs! Spacious to cook in the kitchen and relax in the living room, staff is so nice too!

One separate front door to two separate rooms was odd. It was great when nobody was in the adjacent room, but noisy when occupied.
No casino, no smoking it was quiet and clean.

Nothing. Liked everything.
It was quiet and an easy drive to the Strip and downtown Las Vegas. The apartments were wonderful. Loved the space and the kitchen.

Simply live staying there. I rather stay at The Berkeley rather than a casino hotel on the strip . No way it’s too noisy . Love it’s away from strip it’s calm and quiet.

Poor ventilation in the rooms, poor elevator service. Dirty carpet in the common areas.
Convenient in regard to our liking. Casino, restaurants and shopping next door. Kitchen equipped to cook meals, washer and dryer. Away from the busy strip.

When checking in be aware that you are renting a space that is part of a timeshare so be careful when you are offered a free buffet breakfast and other free stuff to be a part of a timeshare presentation which can take up to 3-4 hours unless you are interested in buying a timeshare. They made it sound so harmless and easy. I had no idea what to expect but let’s just say the experience was painful and no matter what they offered me that was free it would never be worth it to do it again. Otherwise the property was great.

The furniture in the rooms could use a little maintenance. A touchup crayon applied to the wood pieces would work wonders! Otherwise, maintenance is excellent.
The Berkely is very comfortable, a "home away from home". Each unit has a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very large, with two separate dressing areas. I really liked the open view from the windows, looking down Las Vegas Boulevard toward the M and Southpoint. For us, the location was perfect. The Silverton is on the property, with dining and recreation. We visited nearby shopping. The whole atmosphere was bright and cheerful.
