There should be a vending machine in site. It was annoying to not have any means of a late night snack or beverage. I had to wait until the clerks arrive at the front desk to ask for a bottle of room temperature water.

I was not aware that breakfast was available. The front desk staff never mentioned it to me. I loved the location because several restaurants were within walking distance.

The entrance to the rooms area is tricky and my room was kind of hidden. There was a lot of mosquitoes. The parking lot is small.

Not the best location but right next to Blue Collar Restaurant which is a must try! The block is full of motels and from the outside this place worried us but once inside staff was nice and the room was recently remodeled. Good for a night stay before our flight. I would stay again.

The Room was beautiful and clean but i was a bit disappointed as the Room had a faint scent of cigarette smoke present from a previous Occupant.

The building's exterior was beautiful as was my Room. Before you get your Room you are greeted with a friendly receptionist who is always there to help you. You get a beautiful bed, huge flat screen TV, and a wonderful spacious bathroom. You are ensured a safe stay as the building uses keypad for entry.

Convenient, location to port, staff, rooms were nice clean comfy and cool! We would have loved a couple More pillows on the bed but we were only there one night and didn’t want to ask but aside from that we had a great stay and planning to come back in December!

Our only complaint was the king bed could use more than two pillows. It didn't affect our stay, but anyone else should know the area doesn't seem like a safe one to just walk around.

The front desk staff is extremely polite, and the location is perfect for a night stay if you're there for a cruise. Very clean and convenient.

I said everything in my message about the staff was very friendly the cleaning crew was friendly I just needs a couple upgrades in the rooms garbage cans some plates or silverware

The location was decent it was clean the people were friendly but it only had one little tiny garbage can in the bathroom the girl on top me walk back and forth all night and heels on a wooden floor or tile floor she was very loud but it was raining and nobody could go anywhere so I'm not really holding that against you guys there was no silverware or plates or anything you know there's no there's no parking except for inside the building where anybody can park had to park at a bank so I mean you can only do what you can do so I won't hold any of that against you guys it's all about location right
