    Can't think of a thing!

The view is amazing, close to conveniences, top notch breakfast treats (especially the savory scone). Very much enjoyed the hot tub with view. Gardens weren't blooming yet but the grounds were still amazing. Very relaxing to sit in Adirondack by water. We will be back!

If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to bring ear plugs because of the chickens (no rooster.) With ear plugs it was fine.

The property was beautiful, the space restful. The homemade pastries each morning were amazing! Very close to Deception Pass and close enough to town to make a quick trip in to grab dinner.

My week’s stay at the Bluff on Whidbey was amazing in every way. Robin and Jim were wonderful hosts who made sure that every detail was perfect. The location on the bluff overlooking the water, with Mt Baker in the background, made for some gorgeous pictures. I spent several hours there each day, soaking in the beauty and peacefulness. The location was also perfect because it was close to other scenic spots I wanted to explore….La Conner, Anacortes, Deception Pass Bridge, Oak Harbor and Coupeville. I had the upper half of the house, the Cicero Room, so it had a great balcony that overlooked the amazing garden and the water. Every amenity I might’ve needed was provided, the bed extremely comfortable and a homemade pastry delivered to my door each morning. I couldn’t have been happier or more relaxed!

This is a beautiful BnB! It has a gorgeous view of the water, beautiful gardens, is peaceful, private, and even has a lovely hot tub! We really enjoyed our stay. We ordered their hot breakfast for both mornings, which was absolutely delicious and just what we needed. They delivered it to our room and included a wonderful mango smoothie. We were recovering from the passing of my sister and her husband and it was exactly the beautiful, peaceful place we needed. Thank you so much for creating such a lovely space to share.

Nothing we didn’t like. Only caution would be the yard has a cliff drop off which would be a concern if you have small children. Also a flight of stairs to access our room if you have mobility issues. Bed was a queen and we prefer a king but we knew this before renting.

Enjoyed the views and hottub. After sightseeing it was a nice peaceful place to unwind. We enjoyed the scones and pastry treats in the morning before heading out. The suite has lots of room to spread out and had everything we needed. Easy check in. We would stay here again.

We had the most lovely stay here! The views from the bluff are breathtaking! And the accommodations and service was among the best of any place we’ve stayed! The amazing freshly-baked morning pastries, hot tub with views of the bluff, wine with a fire in the evening, everything was perfection. From this location we were able to easily get to a great kayaking trip that left from Bowman Bay and a whale watching tour where we saw a humpback that left from Skyline Marina. Fantastic views, great location, and lovely accommodations! Can’t wait to plan our next trip!

Having to travel through the Seattle traffic to get to the B&B. There is nothing about the B&B I can think of that was not perfect during our stay.

The breakfasts were outstanding and the location couldn't have been better! They made as-good or better meals than you can get at a nice restaurant. Definitely try the mango smoothie!!! The weather was perfect during our stay (June, 2022) and we were able to meet and play with the host's dogs (Murphy, the exuberant 2 year old Bernese Mountain Dog and Maya,11-year old German Shepherd) both very sweet! The grounds in front of the B&B overlooking the sound were beautiful, filled with all kinds of beautiful vegetable plants and flowers. We were there for the annual Whidbey Garden Tour, where we were able to see five outstanding private gardens, and also to visit our cousins that live in Oak Harbor. The weather, hosts, meals, their pets, and even the hammock hanging between two trees that overlook the Puget Sound and the view of Mount Baker, all perfect!

    Nothing, everything was great.

The room had beautiful views, balcony with table and chairs, and was tranquil. Wonderfully comfortable bed and linens. Kitchen included everything we needed with menus for local restaurants. Very nice spa robes & slippers provided. Bathroom had heated floor. Hosts only texted once a day to confirm if you wanted fresh (amazing) pastries in the morning (they also offered breakfasts). Cozy sitting area with tv, Wi-Fi, books, and propane fireplace. Spectacular quiet retreat get away. Close enough to drive to local shopping and sightseeing.

Payed extra for outstanding breakfast and dinner, brought up by owner chef downstairs. This lodging is exception because of beyond bluff view of Mt. Baker (in the clouds for us) and puget sound. We greatly enjoyed hike on Ala spit one mile away.

Such a gem this place is! We loved everything..there wasnt anything we would improve. The room was immaculately clean. Bed was dreamy. They stocked the fridge with wonderful wine, beer and champagne. Also, a great selection of snacks. We ordered breakfast the 2 morninings we were there, it was delicious. We cant wait to come back in the spring. We look forward to truly meeting these wonderful inkeepers hear their story of how they ended up on Whidbey Island Thanks again for our magical stay.
